Rohan is down to earth, helpful and patient. He leads his team to support homeowners in getting what they want out of the sale process. His local knowledge and experience with Real Estate tops any other agent and what truly made the difference for us was his genuineness in conveying this to us. We feel we went into the sale process with fairly realistic expectations given the market and his team helped us to achieve pretty much what we wanted. We would highly recommend Rohan and James's team above any other agent in the area based on those characteristics.
We were incredibly impressed with James. He was patient, helpful, very responsive and dedicated to ensuring we got we we wanted as the sellers. There was an issue with the sign going up outside and James was walking up and down our road in his pajamas first thing on in the morning on the phone getting it resolved. He responded very promptly to our many questions throughout the sale process. He was patient and empathetic when we got stressed. I would heartily recommend James as an agent who will work tirelessly to provide the sellers what they want.

I had a recent, unpleasant experience with agent Rohan. My husband and I were looking around to buy our first home and were pretty green, had little knowledge on the process. We went in to make an offer and felt rushed and had little explained to us. We never ended up putting in our offer as we wanted our lawyer to look over things before we signed but filled everything else in. The next day when we were ready to sign we got told our proposed offer was too low and we would get nowhere with it; I declined to increase my offer and so I thought well, there is no point in us going in to sign. Fair enough point, I don't want to waste anyone's time. The thing that really peeved me off about it is I later find out by law the agent is supposed to present every offer to the vendor which should have been explained to me.
We had a totally different experience with a Harcourts agent. He sat down and explained everything to us in detail including suggested dates for settlement and such to allow us time for due diligence.
I know agents work for the seller, but at the same time buyers are the customers and you should treat them well. I would never use this agent or this company to sell any future property because I would not want my buyers to feel the way I felt. Spitefully I wanted to give this review one star but I try to be reasonable when reviewing businesses.
