We have always dreamed of having a bigger space for our kids but was always discouraged to buy simply because we don't know where to start- we don't know who to trust in helping us sell our very first home. But luckily, we got to know Emma! She made sure we understood every process and really took time in clearly explaining what we should do and how we should do it. Of course the process wasn't easy, and was very stressful as there were lots of competition in the market. But Emma did more than what an agent would do. She worked above and beyond what was asked of her. I don't think we would have the same good result if it was some other agent.
