Bronwyn, Adrian and the ProAgent team were amazing from the first time we met right through to the successful sale of our house and beyond. We were kept informed the whole way through, given great advice, helped patiently through the whole process while they worked tirelessly to find a buyer getting the first conditional contract before the first open home, multiple offers from the Deadline Sale and a successful sale at a great price under difficult market conditions. The Proagent team took a lot of the pressure and stress out of the process and they were always very positive, optimistic and easy to deal with treating every challenge as an unanswered question, not a stumbling bloke, while they opened every door looking for the solution. We only saw the visible positive end results, not all the invisible work that went on behind the scenes to make things happen. Nothing was to much trouble, and no detail was to small. They became good friends of ours very quickly because of their warm, friendly, caring, understanding attitudes and passion for Real Estate. Bronwyn and Stacey were absolutely amazing. We contacted Ray White to look at a couple of houses in Titirangi. Bronwyn got right back to use straight away and asked what we were looking for, then suggested a couple of other houses as well - organising a bit of a tour for us around the area. I feel that Sandra went above and beyond with her diligent in insuring that this property was legal in every which way and to insure there would be no comeback on either my brother or her company regarding false or misleading legal matters or faults,
Nobody is perfect that's why I didn't tick the fifth star.
