The entire team at Ray White have been superb to deal with. Their systems are second to none and all the staff are friendly, helpful and super efficient.
This is my first renting experience and it's been great. Any questions i had were answered straight away and there was even a little welcome gift at the house when i arrived which was really nice.

Over the past 2 to 3 years I've found Ray Whites staff to be responsive and always ready to respond to any issues that arise from time to time.
Today I had a leaky shower connection behind the wall. I contacted Charlotte around midday, it's now 4 pm and the service men have prepared and cleans up the job.
All involved gave prompt and professional service.

Katie Cato is the property manager for the house I rent. She is thorough and professional. She and Ray White Warkworth both, take care of organising any maintenance and/or repairs required very quickly and efficiently, with good communication.

Nicole Bogue, Katie Cato and their team have looked after our property for at least a decade and I have nothing but praise for their diligence and efficiency. Communication with the tenants and with us is prompt and clear. Routine, or urgent, maintenance is dealt with superbly. Keeping up with Healthy Homes requirements has been straightforward thanks to their professional knowedge and timely quotes. Their new tenant application process is very thorough. Katie is our property manager and we are so happy with the service she supplies. She always replies promptly to any phone calls. She does take the stress out of it for us. The professional paperwork that we get helps with our record keeping. We are very pleased.

Our agent now in Ray White is very accomodating. She's available immediately when needed, approachable. Any concerns we have re: the house we're renting, she will help us.
