The director is so arrogant. I'm planning to clean the carpet of my new house. And I only text him about 4 questions. Then the guy text back to me said“ pls no more questions! It's annoying us a little bit. ” So rude attitude. I prefer to cost more to find another one.
I'm very happy with their services of carpet cleaning & pest control. Every year I've got their services since 2008, because they make me & my family very happy. Thanks again Red Cap, see you next year!
This guys is a total scammer. I made a booking online, and after hearing nothing for 2 weeks I rang him - he apologised and made an appointment. He called at the appointment time and said he couldn't make it. We rescheduled and after getting my house ready for him a second time (no easy feat with 2 young boys) he never turned up. After calling him, he told me I had the wrong date - no chance! I have asked for a refund - let's see how that goes. Terrible service!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Do not buy the deal on grab one the company refuses to honor the coupon and the owner is very insulting. A company like this should not operate in NZ and needs to be shut down.
Im here writing review having read others. Same issue - they havent arrived. Said it was raining. Nenver again will I use these or buy a voucher form Grab One! Taken me a couple of hours to get the house sorted - am gutted
Like everyone else here I wish I'd looked at the reviews before buying the voucher. Bought the voucher, booked it in, but was told that they would reschedule as it was raining - fair enough, I thought. However that was months ago and there has been no communication. Other than a message to say not to call as he was in a meeting and to communicate via text instead. That was two weeks ago and still nothing.
They have no understanding of customer service!

Absolutely dreadful.: Like everyone else, bought a Grabone voucher but the owner cannot be contacted. Left messages after messages. Unfortunately for people who are running this so called business it was too late by the time you came back with a response.
Warning the worst online shopping I have ever done. I wish i have checked out the review on internet before we bought a voucher from grabone for $60. My wife called and told us must make a booking on Red Cap Carpet Cleaning website. We have made the booking and complain on the website twice. They never contact us and the voucher is going to expire.update on Dec 2013.they promised me to refund but never happen, no more further contact.
Bought voucher off Grab One. Phone message only, saying to book online. Sent all my details.no contact. Now I see their website isn't even coming up. Reviews on No Cowboys is appalling. WARNING.just DON'T!
Unreliable service, They rang and confirmed wrong day then didn't call back to confirm correct day or time. Had to follow up with calls myself then was told that they weren't going to come and do the job as they couldn't do this apartment.
Funny that I have had carpet cleaners in here before and so have all the other apartment owners.

Appalling pest control experience and a "Mickey Mouse" operation. Changed time twice, changed additional when on site, missed lots of areas, stood on our plastic furniture to reach some high spots. I contacted him re pest issue returning after only 2 months and he promised to arrange a time to come back. Now Joseph wont return my calls or emails. Small claims here we come!
Worst experience ever! I bought this voucher in June 2013, and everytime when i tried to contact him he either said he is busy or he is currently driving.finally made some promise to come to my house to do the job and then cancelled in the last minute because of raining, and this was in September.took him nearly a month to make a booking and then same thing happend again, left with some reason saying cant do pest control if we are doing painting.later i called him trying to make another appointment, he start shouting at me! I mean what kind of customer services is this? I had been waiting for this service for 3 months and you are shouting at me? Never ever suggest this company to anyone. I rather spend my $75 dollars for donation than to this kind of services!
