Worst Customer Service. Job quoted for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I phoned up. Was told ‘Yeah, middle of next week, we’re busy’ Waited till end of the next week, no contact so called again ‘Yeah, middle of next week, we’re busy’… But you said that a week ago. ‘Yeah, we’re busy’ Not one call to let me know. Waited till the middle of the following week, and rang again ‘Yeah, your vehicle has some new electric fault, will be with the sparky for a week’ At this point I was just begging ‘Please can I have my vehicle back, is it drivable? ’ Was told the manager would call me. He then called and said that was a mix up, different vehicle, and mine would probably be ready in another day. Went to pick up the next day, they did a thorough inspection of the courtesy car, then just said ‘yours is parked over the road’ No one bothered to go over the work with me. I had asked for quotes on two other minor pieces of work, and followed up a couple of times. Just gave up at this point and was grateful to get my vehicle back.

Just got my car back, from these guys and looks great! They even went the extra mile and sealed a scratch on my bonnet which was unrelated to job they were doing. It did take some extra time to get a light delivered for my car but we all know how slow transport services are at the moment. Will definitely use again when needed!

Great job done by the Redwood team. They made my experience effortless. They did a great job on what was quoted, cleaned the car, and even fixed the sag in my front bumper where I had broken one of the clips holding it on, at no extra charge. Thanks team.

I driving on a motorway got rear ended contacted my insurance company they had a preferred list of repairers I chose Redwood Panel and Paint.took it to them for an assessment they look at the damage sent a quote to the insurance assessor quote got a approved took the vehicle into Redwood Panel and Paint my bumper looks like new again they even dropped me off home also dropped my car off to my house as I was at work. If you need repairs done to your vehicle I highly recommend them.

Nothing but good things to say about Jason and the team at Redwood Panel and Paint. Hand over heart would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get some good quality work done.:)

I just had a complicated rust body modification on my 4wd to cut the rear of to make way for a ute tray. I would recommend Redwood All day long. Top work. I need my number plate back tho.

I have driven past these guys for years now and decided at the start of the year to use them when I was rear ended and required panel beating, since then we have put 4 cars through them, personal and business and have found them to be professional and as a bonus supply really high quality work. Having used a local company previously and literally having never seen a decent job come out of them I was wary initially but not now. I would recommend them to anyone. Glenn - Brave Design.

Friendly, helpful & easy to communicate with. Followed health & safety guidelines during the corona pandemic levels but we're still able to offer their services.

Unbelievably poor customer service. Called up to see if they could give me a written quote if I came by as I know some panel beaters won't do this for non-insurance jobs. They person I spoke with said this wouldn't be a problem (even after I explained it might not be through insurance). Got there and the woman behind the counter condescendingly explained that it would be a "waste of their time", and was completely unapologetic about the fact that their mistake had caused me to drive all the way their for nothing. She also refused to let me speak with the person I'd talked to earlier, and even implied that I was lying about calling in the first place (which my phone's call log disputes). I haven't experience such poor customer service for years.
