Reece Plumbing & Bathrooms

Usually I find this place great but unfortunately a plumber spent almost an hour here getting parts (parts are behind a counter so you have to get a staff member to assist).
Be warned if you hire a plumber and they go here for parts be aware that you'll be paying for the person waiting. Yes places are understaffed at the moment but almost an hour to get through a line off professionals who technically know what they are wanting?

The team were friendly any very knowledgeable, I went in with no real idea of what I needed, and left with the perfect solution, And at a great price.

The person at trade sales counter wins the most helpful person of the month, thanks for your help at the end of a hard day.

The guy I dealt with met the Gold Standard of customer service. Although my purchases were not hugely expensive he treated me with absolute courtesy and his product knowledge was impeccable. Thanks Mr Wildish.

Went there to buy a flexible hose, horrible customer service, she ask me to bring the old one, otherwise will not order it for me, felt she totally doesn’t want to do business with me, just to get me out of there, I went to Bunnings instead, only cost me $11 and nice smile and helpful shop staff.

Terrible warranty policy. Reece does not handle warranty on their own. Purchase Methven at their suggestion. Found it leaking about 3 months later. Only way to get warranty is to call Reece, then get directed to Methven, then book a plumber to check it at your place and then may be get warranty fix. Other places sort this out with manufacturers themselves rather than passing thr buck to consumer.
