Dirk and Fernando, along with their two other team members, repaired my rear bumper, cut and polished the roof and sides of the vehicle, changed a plug to a USB and installed two rear view cameras, one for reversing and one for wide angle. One also includes radio, bluetooth etc.
I cannot fault the work undertaken, the advice given and the enthusiasm and skill of the whole team. All staff were a delight to engage with and the work has been completed to a very high standard.

I can not thank Fernando and Dirk enough. What good and personable guys. They fitted my caravan in at short notice with a tight dead line with amazingly good grace and efficiency. We had a problem with our waste water drainage and they took the trouble to find out exactly what the issue was and came up with an elegant solution. Right from the time we dropped the caravan off it was obvious they were very professional and I felt confident in their abilities and recommendations. As a result we ended up asking for a few more jobs to be done and despite the time restraints they made it all happen. The outcomes were of a high standard. Throughout the whole process their communication was outstanding. Dirk is passionate about ensuring the best outcomes and going the extra mile. I discovered that Dirk and Fernando are able to work on every aspect of a caravan or motorhome. It is good to now have reliable and competent people to approach and I will be going back for a more extensive refurbishment when time allows. Thank you, it was a pleasure to deal with you both.

Absolutely amazing Team of people who created multiple solutions to make my live-in motorhome safer, more flexible, and easy to live in. Nothing was impossible for them to solve. They created miracles, that is for sure!

Dirk and Fernando did a great job solving 2 problems for us in our van which we live in full time. One was installing an aerial and wifi connected to our leisure battery which is essential for my work, and one was a workaround for a faulty pump we are waiting to get fixed on warranty. We didn't even know a solution was possible, but just chatting to Dirk and explaining the issue, he came up with a creative solution, and executed it beautifully. Thanks Dirk we no longer have to crawl under the bed every night! It has made life so much better.
If you have anything not working 100% in your van or RV I highly recommend chatting to them, they can solve things you didn't even realise were solvable. Next time we have an issue they will be our first call.

Dirk, Sandra and the team at Reimann-Tuning are brilliant and really take great pride in the work they do. We couldn't believe the amazing job they did on our motorhome, in particular the bathroom sink that they refurbished and now looks brand new.

Water tightness test on motorhome was carried out and advice on installation of USB point and construction of shelf given. Dirk is really friendly and efficient and we will certainly be using them again if the need arises. They offer so many services for motorhomes.

Motorhome repair.
We needed an emergency repair of the bed in our motorhome. 5pm on a Friday evening Dirk helped us out with a temporary repair then arranged to do the full repair at a later date. We have just picked up the van with a repair that looks better than new along with a couple of other jobs we discussed when we dropped off the van. Reimann offer a full range of motorhome work and repairs, the jobs were finished well within the time frame they gave and they are great to deal with.

I cannot recommend Dirk highly enough. He fitted in our job at short notice, successfully diagnosed the problem (a faulty motor on an electric bed in our m/home) and worked tirelessly to solve some very complex motor/control panel programming issues. As we needed to stay in Auckland while the repair was carried out, Dirk offered both a car and a bed. Though not required, it was a very generous gesture.
On top of this, Dirk is simply a very nice guy who takes pride in his workmanship and ensuring that the client is fully satisfied.

Dirk did a great job changing out 2 double glazed drivers and passengers windows on our Hymer motorhome that had become fogged - all done under the Hymer warranty. He also changed our Alde central heating fluid with the genuine Alde 5 year fluid, and fixed a couple of leaking bleed valves. All done to very high quality.

I wanted to say what a professional job Dirk did. I was incredibly impressed with his attitude and ability and we have now found a very competent firm which we will be using in the future. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and he explained what he was going to do with professionalism and care. No question that I asked was deemed silly and he explained himself extremely well.

We had our motorhome windscreen fail and water was leaking into the electrics. Dirk and our insurance company made this seamless considering with all the covid restraints and just before Christmas too.

I know now we can go on holiday and have a sense of calm knowing everything is tickity-boo!

What am awesome service we received from Dirk and his team on our new Burstner MH. Highly professional, no corners cut and no stone left unturned to solve our problem. We had a dual camera on the back which was unusable with our bikes and cover on and after being told nothing could be done, Dirk was tasked with seeing what could be done and much to our delight, he solved the problem. A bit of head scratcher but he went over and above what was requested of him, even fixing up the bike rack to accommodate our bikes more comfortably without having to adjust handle bars. A totally brilliant service, would highly recommend and definitely know where to go if we need further work doing. Happy to drive 4 hours for this excellent service. Thank you Dirk and happy 2022

Dirk was challenged with finding a squeak in our Campervan. He went above and beyond in both locating and fixing. Standard of work was excellent.

Dirk is not your regular mechanic. He is an artist who takes pride in what he does and it shows in his work. He did an excellent job on our trailer cart and I am sure I will be back when I need anything else done. Throughout the repair period, he kept me up to date with what was going on and always asked me for approvals before doing stuff. Highly recommended.
