I have managed businesses for decades and have never experienced anything as bad as this company! They post false reviews and have a very bad reputation for low quality, budget workmanship! Sanjay (The Owner of Company) will take your money and not back up his work. Sanjay is also a very angry man and should not be dealing with customers. Do Not Use RVS! Contact me anytime to discuss why you should stay away from this company. (Sanjay hit our heatpump with a hammer to straighten it after they installed it incorrectly! He said "this will fix it"? !) Buyer beware! We had to ask Mitsubishi Heatpump to get Rvs to refund us our money as Sanjay'' (The owner) didn't want to back his faulty and Badly installed heatpump. Sanjays "own staff" told me I should have used another company because he never replies to customers about faulty product. I should have listened! Shame on you Rvs! Mitsubishi Nz were shocked at Sanjays workmanship and service and said they will be monitoring him, we are very happy about this. Please feel free to contact Mitsubishi Nz to confirm this. Sanjay wanted to keep $500.00 for his troubles? ! His troubles? This guy (sanjay) is not very smart with business ediquit as you have propably realised reading this and we don't think he is educated at all, We heard he used to be a Potato farmer in India and doesn't know anything about heatpumps or running a business. He only knows how to dig up Potatoes. You can see this with his very bad spelling and grammer in his false response to this. Get a heatpump from someone else and look after your family. Please contact me to see photos and emails of this shocking companies work, I am happy to share with you as we don't want another family going through this, we will also show you all text messages etc to show you how bad Rvs is to deal with. You will be shocked to see how Sanjay spoke to us via text message and we have All the records to show you. If you contact any heatpump company in Auckland, they will also tell you about Sanjay at Reliance Ventilations very bad reputation as a heat pump installer. I learnt the hard way, however we hope this message helps you to stay clear of these unskilled, budget, non customer focused cowboys. What a Great professional service has been received by RVS team. We have installed centrally aircon airtouch zone control with Mitsubishi electric. Feels like living in a hotel. Service received by Vinny bhai & Sanjeev bhai at its best. 5 star to the team. Highly recommended.

Good quality install.fast and they know what they are doing.one think I did not like was they forgot to give me the installation cerificate and they said they will mail it to me.after a week I followed up and only end up getting a scanned copy from email. Had 3 Mitsi heat pumps installed. It's a challenging time but Vinny and the team came up with a solution to get the job done.

Super efficient with quoting and then setting up installation. The clean up was not fantastic and they could have chosen a tidier electrical connection.

The team installed RVS1 in my house. The service was efficient and on time. I'm not happy about is the noise when ventilation fan is on. I guess that's what's the price worth for.

I had three 2 year old Fujitsu heat pumps that I got through a different provider that I had been having constant issues with since the day I got them. I got fed up with getting them repaired every month or two so decided to replace them.

I paid Reliance Home Ventilation Systems to carry out the removal of the Fujitsu ones, then to install new Mitsubishi ones that they were supplying me.

They removed my old units and installed 2x Mitsubishi AP25 units in my bedrooms and 1x AP71 in my lounge room. They were very professional and polite, they talked me through the process and gave me options for the install. I was also worried about having people in my house as I have a 4 year old that cant be vaccinated yet but their install team is all double vaxed and they wore masks the whole time so that gave me a good level of comfort. I first talked to Sam who came and did the quote then he sent in a team of 4 guys on the install day to do the work and Sam also popped in to visit me during the install to make sure I was all happy.

I'm really happy with the job they have done, everything looks really clean and tidy and the new units have been performing great.

I can easily recommend Reliance Home Ventilation Systems as a provider/installer if anyone's looking to get some new heat pumps or replace any existing ones.

Perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. The experience was seamless, quotation was on the spot. The guys were professionals and showed up on time. They knew what they were doing, asked where everything needed to be and did it so quick and professionally. Even cleaned up after they were done.
