Call centre is useless. Christchurch technicians team are great but getting somebody arrive a month early at a time that is unacceptable says it all. Let Christchurch Dort their own schedule and stop mucking us around!

Didn't get service with company but staff were cool and helped lend a hand when my car broke down lol thank you heaps!

All these guys did was re-lay bait in three bait stations on the perimeter of our property each fortnight. The rodent issue in our roof and floor cavity got worse each week and when we raised it with Rentokil they refused to discuss it, or alter their approach. We had far better success with an alternate provider who was friendly, thorough, identified the entry points, put bait in all the right places and cost less! Be wary of Rentokil, they do half a job for twice the price

Hi, I had a parcel sent from Overseas and needed to be heat treated then sent to my address. I was told to use this company and I would receive it in 5 to 10 days. I paid straight away and waited for my parcel. After three weeks, I started ringing as my parcel hadnt come. Took another two weeks to get in contact with them. They after 5 weeks just told me my parcel was destroyed as you get 4 weeks to collect it. I not only waited 5 weeks instead of 10 days but found out I now lost out on About $400 because of this company. As you can see from others they are a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.
