Helpful staff but they don’t do price matches at this shop so I drove to super cheap auto to get the same product at 2/3 the price

It was a bit of a wait at the checkout with the only two checkout operators dealing with customers whose matters seem to be a bit complicated as both operators had to go the back of the store to check something. Understandable. No complaints.

Shout out to Hiamish for taking the time to look for my LED light. I know most stores would've given up, or would've told me to go somewhere else, but he didn't stop looking, and eventually found what I was after, despite stock levels being low.

Repco has everything, i.went there for an indicator lamp that was suppose to be on clearance online, but was out of stock in.the store. What the Fish. Otherwise it has was clean, the sales guy was polite and ran several times to thwir stock bay to find options. My hard luck i guess i had to buy the one for 13$ instead of 3$. Rapco knows i will buy coz if i dont i pay fine of 200$.

Hello,

Now that there are no Petrol Stations that assist customers when they wish to check their Oil gauge, I went to the Repco Shop in New Lynn as a last resort.

I asked the staff member if he knew which Oil I should get.
He asked for my Number Plate, and came up with all the details e.g. Which type of Oil etc.

He found the one which suited my car, I paid for the Oil and he asked would I like him to check it for me. Seeing it was near closing time, I said that would be great. He tested how much oil was in my car and being a bit low, he said he would put some oil in for me.

While he was putting the oil in, it started to rain but he carried on until he had put enough oil in.

I thanked him very much for his kindness and I am just letting you know that you have a very kind and helpful staff member.

His name is Janitha, and he is a staff member that deserves a good feedback.

On the receipt the code number was DHNEWRC in case you need this verified.

I got nothing but good things to say about this place I had a flat battery the other day parked in the mall these guys drove me over tested my battery and help me get it started and gave me a discounted battery price awesome I'll give you more stars for service but there's only five

WOW. I was Amazed at the service I got today from a lovely young woman. Super friendly and helped me out with car stereo harnesses, she even plugged my new stereo in and got it going in like 2 minutes.give her a pay rise. Unbelievable

Young female salesperson helped me with engine oil requirements for my car. Sorry I didn’t get her name but knowledgeable, polite & took time to explain what all the letters & numbers meant. Thanks heaps appreciate your awesome service

I would like to say the staff was very alert n helpful, I walked around in the store like a headless chicken in search of wheel caps for my car and Wes who is one of the staff there made sure I had all my concerns sorted and even helped with giving me a hand swapping the caps even though it was not his break! Great service

I need to make a special thanks… I arrived past closing time by rights, but was only standing outside in despair in the wind and rain for two moments before the angel Paul opened the pearly glass gates and supplied me with the godly gift of light. You could say it was a lightbulb moment, and that customer service is not dead. 10/10 would arrive late again. Just joking, the staff here went above and beyond the grave and I will come back again (on time)
