Super lady who served me. Knew exactly what I wanted. Took me straight to the shelving. I selected what I wanted from the range available and was able to get tge job done on my xar test afternoon.

Repco is only as good as the people working there so at the moment not grate still a good shop just more senior staff members are far more youse full

I went here to swap out a battery on site. In doing so, I had no tools. The staff was ready to help me with said tools. Very mind and helpful. Thank you! Would've been great if they had provided a service to replace the battery for me but algoods.

Staff there are very helpful with whatever you need for your vehicle. Very good advice given. My go to place and still the same

Got what I needed very under staffed waited about 15 mins due to one on counter another installing wippers.

A week ago I went to the store, and was helped by a young female of Indian Ethnicity, who had great customer service skills. The only downside to my visit was the rudeness and attitude of a older Fiji Indian female shop assistant who ruined my visit, which left a negative lasting impression on me.apart from her, Repco Kelston has a great team. I would also like to thank the young female shop assistant who helped on that day and she didn’t have to apologise for the unprofessional attitude and actions of her Senior work colleague, but she did. Thank you. (Maybe your senior work colleague could learn a thing or 2 about customer service.)

Treated differently for not wearing a mask even though im exempt. Just took my business up the road to supercheap where they havnt gone all woke and silly

Friendly, knowledgeable staff make getting the things you need a breeze, website offers easy rego check to see if parts fit.

Online orders are a joke at this store! They tex to advise the order is ready, only to show up and wait until its actually packed! THEN realise there is missing items. Come on guys, this isn't hard to get right! Advice to you all.don't shop at this site, or make sure you check that everything is there.

Great prices and friendly and helpful staff. So much easier to deal with compared to your competitor up the road.

Was profiled for purchases to high, under a grand. Manager told worker for my ID after i finished paying via paywaved. She is in one of photos down below.

I rather go here than Supercheap which is located across the road. Repco Kelston has better staff and are there to help with anything the reason i gave 3 stars out of 5 is because inside this store it looks dark and a bit boring looking inside.

The store is well presented and maintained. Customer service is okay and staff members are helpful. There are some good deals on offer almost all the time. I was here recently to get 1 litre of 5W40 Castrol engine oil for my audi a4 but they didn't have any stock of the same. Therefore I had to settle for a cheaper brand. I've been told they've also stopped discounting across all their products for repco card holders and now offer only on 'selected' products.

Whoever the chick is who works there is awesome, sent the missus in and she sorted her out with info and was super helpful. Will be coming to report instead of supercheap now. Thanks team.

Staff member was great but gave us wrong water cap. Had to buy another one from Super Cheap Auto.

Great product range and substantial equivalent and near substantial alternative products. Team is happy to order in 'special orders' and out of stock items.

In store specials in addition to website deals. Website can be challenging to use and may not accurately indicate what is actually in store.

The on-site team is big enough that service waiting time is short/reasonable. Mostly well-informed, knowledgeable efficient and pleasant team members.

Superb customer service as always. Donna and all the staff were super helpful. Literally Donna had to spend half an hour searching break pads for my car and this was around the time when they had to close. Thank you Donna and also all the staff in repco, you guys really love the work you do

Walked in to ask about my purchase, the lady at the counter ask what i needed, then i told her, then she told me to wait for the other guy to serve me but more customers came in waitting to be served, so she serve me anyways. She took a big breathe and acted like she didnt want to serve me and then didnt know where to get the information on her screen, the other guy while serving a customer he had to point out to her and still.she responded rudely! Btw it is not Donna:)
Customer service plays a big role in businesses.
