11 The older staff there are extremely unhelpful.i took a 4 ltr tin of undercoat back to them as they had sold the wrong product to a client of mine, I wanted to exchange for a correct undercoat but was told I couldn't without a receipt. There was a record of the sale on my cash account and also had the client verify the sale over the pH to them.i called another resene branch and they told me they would have exchanged the product with that information. I've been a painter for 27years and have always found all resene staff very helpful and polite.
I felt the older lady's at this store very unhelpful and boarder line catty. Will not return to that store!

The staff are super friendly and helpful (not to mention, patient!) — so much knowledge within this store and we learnt some great tips. Good range of testpots and selection of brushes, rollers etc. Highly recommend to all
Very helpful & patient staff, its hard to pick neutral wallpaper! Good range of wallpapers including murals. Some great picks there if u need a feature wall

Unhelpful staff with very expensive prices. Although I have an trade account where I should get a discount %25 on the items but all fake.other brands are very good quality with better prices
Double check your tint is correct as the young employees are not very experienced or they employing over school holiday period.also telling me a product doesnt exist when its still selling now after 40 year on market. VERY BAD SERVICE AND OVERATED COMPANY
Called in to see a color consultant to chose colours for painting our house extension. The young lady was very helpful and helped us chose some colours to match existing exterior brickwork. Nice open shop and helpful staff. #firstreviewfriday
