If I could give zero stars I would have. We went to buy a certain colour paint and the old lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. After waisting 30minutes of our lives we went to Guthrie Bowron and guess what.not even 5 minutes and got the paint sorted by very nice people. Thank you so much Guthrie Bowron

Awful customer service. The old woman who answers the phone is unnecessarily aggressive (being busy shouldn't be a reason to be so rude) and should rethink how she talks to customers. If she doesn't know how to use the website, don't yell at customers who don't either. Talking to a much more helpful person at another branch, he admitted the website is missing a fair bit. Something the Pukekohe branch yelled at us for not being able to figure out.

You are much better off buying your paint from Mitre10 or another Resene branch, where you will find much better service.

Shame, as the colour consultant who works here was quite nice.

A wealth of knowledge and experience! The ladies are absolutely amazing and guided me along my painting journey with metallic paints.

I got all my house renovation paint here, friendly helpful staff, some very helpful with some great ideas and tips for someone who hasn't done a lot of painting.
Resene paint is well worth the extra expense, paints on nicer and finish is better than the other brands I tried earlier in my renovations.

Had my mask. Scanned in, but was told I had to sanitize. Wouldn't have minded of I had been asked. Very abrupt and then followed me and peeted as I got into my car. I know these times are stressful, but there's no need to be rude.

Staff and service are amazing! Both interactions with the gals there have been positive, they're very helpful and friendly!

Very late review but better late than never.after the main covid lockdown i had a sad reason to go to Resene.even with covid being an issue the two lady's that served my sister and i at the front door were very very kind and helpful.even going back into the store to pick out more color wheel options for us to choose from.it was a strange and sad time for most people but experiences like that really do help.thanks guys.

Was my first time visiting a Resene shop and unfortunately all I left with was a lesson on how not to treat my customers. I walk in and the girls behind the counter are going on at each other how they have had enough of today and want to go home. Then at 12: 50 after looking at wallpapers for no more than 5 minutes I get asked to leave because "we are closing at 1pm". Well I'm sorry Resene that you didn't want my $1000, but fortunately for me there are plenty of on-line importers who do.

Great service, the ship floor was busy and the staff still manages to get across everyone - Shona was fantastic help and I'll def be back!
