7 Been going to this shop since it opened and when it first opened it had good staff. They were friendly and helpful but recently I have found the staff don't have much to smile about and not as assertive. Now using the Mt Roskill branch which just opened and staff are a lot more helpful and happy.

Great customer service, female staff asked if I had a gold card and got 10% off, onehunga resene is close, lived in Auckland 30+yrs, didn't know it was there
Spoke to Amy over the phone initially who gave excellent advice. She checked out my queries and sourced the paint/stain I wanted. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. When I went to the Onehunga store to pick up product, all the staff were friendly, helpful and professional giving excellent service.
