Resene ColorShop

On a recent rushed visit to Resene, Kepa Road, we were taken care of by Ceridwen.
What a Star!
She was more than helpful, engaged and knowledgeable as we rushed through all our requests and questions (for a big job). At no time did she have "a view" of our need to be in and gone ASAP, so rare these days and really appreciated.

I really don't enjoy giving negative feedback. However I was sadly very disappointed by this store. I have two little children and finally after talking to the main store in Wellington and looking at wallpaper all week I managed to come in on a Saturday. The lady was friendly but had zero clue. I pretty much had to do the consultation by myself.
When I returned the samples book another lady served me, after she finished her conversation with her college (!) She has been rather arrogant and rude during a straight forward transaction. Very disappointing all in all.
I ended up going to the Newmarket store and purchased several rolls for different rooms. They not only have been friendly to costumers but also pointed out the membership discount which made a huge difference at my purchase.

Unfortunately didn’t have Oil Based Stain in stock (was able to find some Mitre 10), but they had good advice about prep before staining a deck.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Levi and Celia. I have delt with them both seperately and together over the last few Saturday’s and have experienced outstanding service from them both. They have on multiple occasions gone far beyond what my husband and I could have expected. They have gained Resene a life time customer. Thank you both for your advice and the time spent finding our specific colours

Excellent team. Have used this shop for years. Very good new manager and as always awesome service from the boys. By far the most helpful and pleasant resene store ove been too.

Resene is one of our main suppliers, one of our painters Rez visited the Orakei store this morning and asked me to post this review on his behalf. 'very impressed with this store, always so professional and helpful, cannot fault their customer service', so well done to Resene Orakei, great job!
