The lady from resene henderson who's been there for ages, sorry I forgot her name. I should have done this review ages ago but I still think of her and how amazing her knowledge and customer service was. I need her in all my life's dealings she made it so simple and easy, in and out with genuine desire to help. I will not go to any other resene or paint shops because I've already done that and wasted a lot of time. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Really dissapointed at the discrimination of those who are unable to wear a mask in your store. Will avoid this company like the plague!

Plenty of off-street parking in front and to the side of the building. Easy front door access - then a cavernous interior.

The colourful, well-layed out interior is welcoming. Various stain, paint and wallpaper of the different types are nicely displayed. A pallet with mis-tint pots becomes at the end of the day! Beautiful and useful colour chart walls make colour choice more challenging - even when I entered with a pretty firm idea of what I wanted and needed. The wall of accessories - 'tools', rollers, roller sleeves and brushes was disappointingly sparse. Given the size of the shop, this is a zone that needs attention.

I was enlightened and educated. Team member Rosie (pleasant and helpful) knows her stuff. She listened and heard my 'problem and concern' and expertly suggested a paint type and colour that could solve my problem. I observed similar happy, satisfied customers.

Great experience going here, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and had every test pot colour I was looking for.
