Communication was brilliant from the first contact through to invoice.
They (Phil & Tom) were both on time, friendly and polite and took the time to talk through what they were going to do, including showing before and after photos of the roof. Both very knowledgeable.

Phil and his team did an excellent job - they quoted me upfront based on my Builder's Crack ad, and compared to a competitor I had initially reached out to, Rimu Roofing was streaks ahead. Not only did they do a more thorough assessment, their quote came in a lot lower and they picked up an extra potential reason for the leak we were experiencing. Would highly recommend.
