Loader drivers always fast and efficient when it’s the regular guy and the lady at the weigh bridge on the aggregates side (Aroha) is always so lovely, greets me everyday and always has a smile on her face.

Use to tip here a few years ago. Always have to wait 10mins minimum on the weighbridge. Trucks backed up on rosebank road, very dangerous around the off ramp corner. However the island guy on the weighbridge was fast and friendly when he served you.

When tipping, loader drivers are pushing dirt 1-2m next to you. Didn’t feel safe. The tip head was right next to the weighbridge that’s why there’s always a wait. Stupid layout.

When getting aggs, you had to drive down the back, no signage and trucks don’t know who’s in line so trucks push in. Only one loader driver going hard loading trucks. He was a good fella, always seemed like he could never have a rest though. Had to wait 20mins minimum for a load.

Wheel wash is useless. Bumpy as hell. Truck is dirtier after going through it.

We have been tipping here for many years, purely for convenience. A very tight location and may need to wait during the busy periods. I have done the calculation with sending our trucks to various different locations and with the costs of running our trucks we are 100% better off running idle in a local Rock and Rubble yard for 10-15mins vs travelling to the other side of Auckland to tip. Big ups to all the staff working here as they are non stop throughout the day to get the dirt cleared! Thanks Rock and Rubble!

Excellent communication if you use a cb nice and easy site and all staff are great to deal with yes it can be hectic at times but still quicker than going to a big quarry definitely recommend using these guys

Small compact site for tipping but good location right off the western motorway at Patiki Rd. Prices are reasonable given this is a transfer site. $95 for a small tipper truck and $135 for a medium size tipper under 6tonne

Rude staff, unorganized work. Very bad experience. Monopoly company in the lucrative industry. Followed all the health and safety also site rules. The staff don't have any customer services skills some even use "F" words and finger to the customer, can email or publish the photo for these behavior. If customer complained little bit about waiting too long casue bad organize will be told go other places doesn't really want service you. Don't want to denigrate.should not like this for such long time.

Really impressed with the service, advice and friendliness of the team. They would be great for big construction projects or small.

What can I say about the team at Rock and Rubble.from the accounts people to the ground crew are absolutely brilliant.the make you feel like part of the family, Mark & James and so helpful. I'd be lost without their input and help.awesome

BEEN THERE 2 DAYS TIPPING CLAY AND BACKLOADING 65 DIGGER OPERATOR WAS LETTING ME KNOW WHERE HE WANTS THE LOAD TIPPED AND HE WAS SO APPRECIATIVE HOW I TIPPED LOAD ON THE FLAT SAME GOES FOR FOR YOUR LOADER DRIVERS SO HELPFUL SO CHUR TO THE BROS AND THE 2 GIRLS ON THE WEIGHBRIDGE 5STAR GUYZ

Faster to go to Onehunga RnR. Loader driver needs a course in customer service and time management.
