Terrible customer service, just called earlier to confirm if my second order is necessary. Then I was told to call back tomorrow because it’s out of working hours! Then when will my order be delivered?

Most of the 1 star reviews are done by idiots who don't even know that henderson rockgas don't handle deliveries.saying they call them but actually they calling the call center lol

henderson fill on-site only so if there are any complaints about deliveries just disregard them

I'm actually giving a 5 star review.staff are awesome and filling is fast and even help you carry to your car if there not too busy.used the one star to gain attention for this review

Always good to visit the friendly staff at rock gas to get a refill instead of swapagas, much cheaper and just as quick, also they open until 6pm now which is awesome!

Unfortunately not much can be said about this company, apart from rude, unreliable, and pathetic. Turn around time on getting gas bottles delivered is so slow (8days), they didnt exchange the empty bottle but exchange the one with gas! It happened twice already, called customer service which is useless, they don’t lisence to what u say, rude and impatienr, the man hung up my phone straight away! Unbelievable how they are still able to function really.

Extremely poor service, we've been out of gas since month of July and we still waiting. Every time my partner called and asked for or gas bottle and they said the weather is not good. How useless and unreliable service. We can't have any home meals and have a hot shower because of shitt people to deal with.

Friendly staff! Fast services, good prices especially if you become dependent on LPG at times as I do living in a caravan!

Not really efficient and good service. Every time you order, they say they don’t have space in their truck. You have to order minimum 10 days before delivery otherwise you won’t have anything. There is 3 days delivery in our area but never you can have it unless you ring 10 days ahead. As a business, it is very frustrating and not efficient when you need it.

Rockgas punish customers who query anything by putting them on hold and and leaving them there. It was just a simple query about pricing, but I requested an answer. I've been waiting 40 minutes for the woman to come back to me! Really poor service.

Waiting got gas bottle to turn up all day after last one never came.we live on a shared driveway and while at work they said it was blocked for delivery.not told about it at all.now no hot water.due to be delivered today and again 5pm no gas AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPNAY

It's might sound strange but I work at Rockgas, Henderson. I've been there for just over 2 months now (I'm happy the reviews in that time have been good). But reading these reviews where people aren't satisfied encourages me to be better in my role. Some of them make me laugh though. Lastly my work colleagues Ana and Morris have been great to work with. Excellent in their role, good to talk with, kind, tolerant and patient with my short falls

Easy to find on major secondary road about 5 minutes drive West of Henderson CBD.

Easy access off street parking for a few cars while gas bottle being filled. On my last visit I had an "expired bottle". The service team assisted me in making the essential upgrade.and in minutes I had an exchange (and filled) bottle for little more than what would be the cost for getting my original bottle pressure tested.

Happy.sure am!

Extremely poor customer service over the phone. Every phone call you will have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes before speaking to someone on the phone. As well the person on the phone was grumpy and not helpful at all twice. This happend after Rockgas made a mistake and invoiced my account for two bottles, which were not ordered. The biggest drama to get this organised. It has cost me 5 phone calls and a minimum of 3 hours of waiting in waiting lines and putting on hold, after a mistake that has been made by Rockgas.

The staff filled then gave my bottle to the customer who came after me, I only managed to get my bottle back by stopping the customer leaving myself. Cheap refills but a lack of care by the refilling staff. My bottle is brand new and I don't want an old one that belongs to someone else. When I approached the staff about it they weren't interested in the topic. Blatant disregard for customer service. My advice is: keep your eyes on your bottle at all times if you want to keep it.

Would give zero stars if I could. Signed up two weeks prior to our moving date and everything was confirmed on the phone. Rang again on the day we moved in to relised they didnt even register us!
Promised us to deliver on Thursdays then delayed us again to Monday.

5pm Monday we rang again to ask why there is no delivery and their excuse is they tried to deliver but our driveway is too "steep and dangerous? ! "

Previous owners used them for a few years yet now they find our driveway a problem? WORST COMPANY EVER. If your house is not on flat lands dont even try.

Hi I am bit surprised that we were denied new account as the operator advised that there is no parking on white swan road? Can believe that.heaps of road side parking but even if thats the case there is parking in the driveway where delivery van/truck can be parked, may be its monopoly that's why there are not worried.definitely not an health and safety/security issue

Had 2 bottles to fill. One empty (9kg) and the other needed 5kg to fill. $46 in total. It is more expensive if not completely empty? Thought it would have been 14kg of gas in total. Anyhow would still use them but make sure it's from empty.
