Purchased a second hand vehicle from them, hot told they replaced 4 tyers and a bulb for warrent (only 2 tyers where replaced and didn't even balance them correctly had to get a full alignment, balance and rotation from the best tyer shop in pukekohe mag and turbo) was told vehicle was ready for pickup, get their to pick it up and its not even been groomed and was told all vehicles new or used get the diamond experience hahaha yea right, had issue with window switch and they seid they would fix it and replace scratched window tint (was not scratched we we test drove vehicle) been a month now and no contact from them about it. I feel like they just wanted to take our money and not know us after that. Very bad service and experience. Never dealing with these guys again. Rude and bad customer service.

Serviced my Kia Optima. When I sold it and purchased a Hyundai I continued to use them because 1. I trust them and 2. Their prices are very reasonable. Excellent Service - Support Local.

Got better service here than expected, have second thought about the car but will definitely bring it back if and when something goes wrong again

Very disappointed as vacuuming and car wash was not provided at the end of the service with a reason of red light. In the past two year the other Mitsubishi service centre did provide all these services during Covid alert levels.

Just picked up my new outlander, boy or boy what a nice car. Staff are very helpful too. All round fantastic team, I'm looking forward to a very long relationship with them. I went for a service for the first time after i bought my car from them earlier in the year. I was very pleased with their service. Plus i found out that normally, not in the orange light system, they would have washed and vacuumed my car as part of the service. I was very happy.

Great sales team, service technicians answer every questions I had got loan car when I drop off my vehicle.

Went in to look at a new vehicle and no one wanted to assist me. Followed up with email enquiry about new vehicle pricing and availability but had no reply.

I hope they done the same service as Andrew Simms. Also would be great if they can do proper cleaning as it is part of the service price.

They didnt change my name on ownship paper went I trade my Suzuki splash for other from them ok I notice from land transport and took my name off and put back to them

I usually service our own cars but it is under warranty.
Excellent service, easy book in, quick and very affordable.
Friendly team, good communication on expected cost.
Much better experience than I have had at a range of other dealerships when having my company vehicles serviced.

Friendly service. Waiting area (which needed a good clean with dust all over the displays etc) was well appointed but was a part of the parts shop! My request was not followed and although the situation was handled well in the shop, the mechanic didn't seem to grasp what the issue was.
