We joined Ronovationz in 2018 after trying different approaches for property investment. We knew that property was the way to go to build wealth, however we didn't trust in any of the groups that we found out there as they were only money driven.

Ronovationz has an approach that it's more in balance with our core values, we want to be fair landlords, we want to provide a decent place to live for our tenants and we don't want to trade. We believe in the principle of long-term capital gain with solid properties in our portfolio.

Our coach is Linh and I cannot thank her enough for the well-structured methodology that she has built to teach us step by step what we need to know before making any decision. She always goes extra mile if she thinks that a deal is good for you. She was available for our late-night calls after all the family daily activities are finished and she will guide you through the whole process.

I set out to purchase my first property 6 month before meeting Ronovations. At the age of 23, everything about this life changing decision was terrifying. Along, I was overwhelmed with "what if's", such as what if I missed something in my diligence then ending up in massive repair bills, or what if I missed something in a lender's terms and conditions then end up with $20 for the entire week, or what if I end up next to bad bad bad neighbours. All of that changed when I met Ronovations.

I have been to several other property couching session before Ronovation, but instead of real content, they were just full of people showing off their wealth (one guy asked me if I wanted to touch his shinning ferrar). Ronovation weekly classes helpful me identify items to look for when I attend an open home, estimate the approximate market value of a property, and I learnt how to calculate what I can actually afford given my income. Everything was practical, my mentor Linh was amazing, replying to my questions all hours of the day and texting me whenever she saw something that would work for me.

Thank you so much Ronovation, you not only helped me to buy a property, you showed me to a new way of thinking about money, connected me to friends who I would otherwise have never met and taught me analysis skills that I now used in many other areas of my life. Great to be part of the team.
