Roof Rack Centre Botany

My car wasn’t in the database but this was a challenge rather than a problem so ten minutes later I had a new roof rack.

Went in one day and got the roof racks ordered in everything was described about the fit, look and weight capacity in detail and we went over where they would sit and the strongest positioning for them. After they came in we set up a installation time which I had to cancel last min and reschedule to later in the day with no problem which was really convenient for me. He was finished in a couple of hours and done very professionally and showed me all the spare parts and what their used for if I ever wanted to put the roof racks on a different car.

Amazing team. Saw Tina who is professional and very knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble and she took me through all the different options available and was very patient while I made my decision. I fully recommend this team and will revisit when I need a kayak to put on top of my new roof rack

Be sure to get any quote for writing from this company.
They appear to have done a satisfactory job but the labour price doubled at payment time over what they had quoted.
Quoted: $539 roof rack and $80 labour
Charged: $539 roof rack and $160 labour. Subsequently claimed it was $80 "per side" which does not make any sense. What purpose is 1/2 a roof rack? They were supplying the whole thing anyway and should have been clear at the outset.

This company definitely deserves five stars. From the polite lady that answered the phone through to the installed roof rack. There service was impeccable. I don't have to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a large van when I can simply have roof racks supplied and fitted properly.

Needed a roof box urgently. The team helped me out straight away. Purchased racks and the box, they fitted it on the spot. Drove away a happy camper. Thank you for getting this sorted so quickly. I went there on Friday 25/3/22 for some advice. I had some brain freeze. Although I never bought anything from them before the owner/manager was very helpful I showing me were I went wrong fitting my roof racks. Great customer service I highly recommend. Thank you.

I was initially disappointed with the lack of follow-up from the staff member I enquired with, so make sure you are being proactive to contact the team. I would recommend email. Once I followed up to see if my fitting kit had come in, Andrew and Barrie were great to deal with. Booked me in for a free installation of the roof rack on Saturday and sorted it all out with some good advice.

Bought a used kayak and was told that foam blocks on my roof would be sufficient for short distances. Picked up the kayak from the shop with foam blocks. I now have a dent on my roof. He said it would pop out.well it didn't.

Perfect advice. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great price. Had stock of what I needed. Would go back to Roof Rack Centre before trying elsewhere.
