After the 27 January downpour, we had to convert our gutter system to prevent future leaks. Seeing previous reviews, we called on Auckland Roof Repair. Jordane and Joel did a fantastic job at explaining the job, and staying in touch with their suppliers to get the work completed. Highly professional crew and very responsive over email and text. We highly recommend them to anyone in the Torbay area.

Jordane, Neil and AJ did a brilliant job replacing my very rusty roof and adding high quality insulation. They were friendly, efficient, reliable and experts in their field. Jordane kept in regular contact from quoting to completion and his attention to detail on the job was exceptional. They disposed of the old roof, old aerials and cleared away all nails, paper etc from my property. I can't recommend this team enough.

Problem was a leak that developed in a major rainstorm in February. It arose from an obsolete chimney and inadequate flashing around it plus a hole in it. The main repair expert was great in both diagnosing the problem and how to best and easiest deal with it - by moving around tiles from within the ceiling cavity. Who knew you could do that? Avoided climbing onto roof up a ladder and hanging on, as the roof is steep. Two solutions proposed after some discussion and one was implemented very nicely. Good cleanup, Very happy with result.
