Thank you for processing my last min order. Got on time as I was flying out very next day.

Came into the store and had the most loveliest assistant help me… Vhadana was just so experienced and helpful. She gave me exactly what I was looking for. Made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I was looking for a full bridal outfit for my pre wedding shoot and I got exactly what I wanted with Vadhana help. My wedding colours are emerald green and pink… and she found me the perfect outfit.

I bought a kurti suit online to wear to my friend's wedding. The outfit fits perfectly and the fabric is lovely.

The best Indian attire store ever, I had to get a lehenga/chanya choli set and Sunil and i think Manjula helped me a lot! I didn't know what size I need for my bangles so she came to me and helped me find my size, and both of them were just so lovely and the store has many affordable stuff. The best store, best quality and best staff. Looking forward to coming here again

Not very friendly and when call them they say they busy so are we not customers? Product is danaged and they dont make effort to fix the front lady in counter is most rude

Not much clothes to choose from. Changing room to small and crowded.

Really happy with the purchase of a kurti and leggings online. The items were just as nice as the picture and the fit was right (using sizing chart). Arrived just in time.

Got an alteration done from the store. The sweet lady promised that it would be done within 20 days due to peak season and I was ok with it but she got it altered in 10 days and the fitting was perfect. She made sure that the fitting was to my satisfaction and asked if I needed any quick fixes

I dont review but couldnt stop myself after terrible customer service that I received in this store. Poor standard of customer interaction.

So sorry to say that this used to be my favourite shop but the last few times I have been there, the service I received was very slack and not much discount to top it up. Even one of the managers said he could not refund my money when I wanted to return something I had just bought there a few minutes back and had not even left the shop. Went to Kaysons after a long time time and it turned out they have really improved their service. Gave really good discounts and the staff would ensure you are served and not ignored. So sad to say that now instead of going to Roop Darshan I only go to Kaysons now as the service is way way better.

I have bought a 1 pair of Eyer ring for my Daughter after 2 moths time one of the eyer ring screw was missing very poor workmenship

Went into this store on a weekday and came all the way from south Auckland. Looking for a bridal lehnga for myself. Waited 30 + minutes, no staff member attended to me. All staff members (3 - 4) helping one customer who was purchasing gold jewellery. Very poor service. I decided to walk out.
