11Today I was so happy when I visited my friend Patricia Hendry in Glen Innes. When I arrived there were two lovely people cleaning her house. I asked their names and they told me Sheila and Sonny. They were so good at their job which was hard work giving Patricia’s house a top to bottom clean! I have so much admiration for these two outstanding workers who work for you. I said I hope you get paid well for what you do. It was a big job that needed doing. So thank you so so much for helping my dear friend?
Client service representatives are very rude and sarcastic. Especially if you are In such a vulnerable situation with loved ones. I have been hung up on twice over the weekend by same rude woman. Simple question I asked of her = why the carer did not show up for my family member. Manager has no leadership skills and was to busy defending her team's actions rather than taking responsibility for how staff talk to people on the phone and had no idea why the nurses didn't show up for my Uncle. Very sad.
Our main carer, Robert, has been outstanding and we are very grateful to RDNS, and Shona, for organising the help that gives my husband more independence in his own home. We appreciate his attention to detail and supportive attitude very much.
I found Rdns staff quite friendly and professional. Always helpful and friendly.
They have my full support Very happy with everything.
I would like to formally commend the service provided by Nxxx Mxxxxx who is the clinical coordinator for my parents. Our family really appreciated the assistance/ input/ changes/ recommendations and help provided by Nxxx and the RDNS team to see us through the home care of my parents. They are now moving to a rest home next week and wanted to formally thank all concerned especially Nxxx for the outstanding assistance and support over the last few years.
With the changing needs to my parents, all the requests were handled professionally with special care and attention to cultural sensitivity. Her pleasant personality is not only an asset when working with the clients but was also one of the reasons that she leads the team and RDNS service delivery so well. Nxxx stands as a perfect example of patience and rationale when it comes to a complex situation.
She is an asset to your team and should be formally commended for it.
I would also like to thank all the SWs who have taken exceptional care of my parents, especially Jxxx and Kxxx. They treated my parents with gentleness and compassion which really touched our hearts.
We are really grateful and indebted to the team at RDNS.
Thank you RDNS for looking after me, The company has been there from the start of my journey, when I injured my level C3-C4 area of my spine, and as anyone can imagine it’s probably one of most life changing experiences anyone could have.
Losing your all your independence at 43 years of age is pretty heart breaking, being in a wheelchair is like one of most challenging things I’ve ever had to deal with, but thanks to having the right support from RDNS and their team, I’m such the better person.
I’m stronger and so blessed and for me having the right support is the key.
Big thanks RDNS.
The staff they have are well trained to look after complex patients like myself and are truly amazing.

My grandmother had a horrible experience with one of your staff members! Rude, disrespectful and intimidated her! That’s no way to treat an elderly! So much for supporting world elder abuse day! Call centre/office staff are useless, couple days have gone by not even a simple apology has been made for the way she was treated, we understand you have a process to go through but a simple apology would go a long way for the time being! Would give minus stars if possible!
Unprofessional, Unhelpful extremely Rude staff members. The company has Unqualified Nurses, their Office Manager has no customer service, and the Auckland General Manager has no Skills! No one gets back to you and no queries are EVER followed up on! Staff member verbally and mentally abuses the elderly in their own home leaves the home in a mess complete disrespect of the property. Be careful they are not the service provider they say they are! Horrible company to deal with.

Family friend of mine have had a really bad experience with one of your co workers Kamal, not professional at all with No respect for the oldest, and how dear she bulling an old lady?
This is a real concern and I’m going to get to the bottom of this sooner than later! You guys are useless with your system and your company
Have had nothing but great experiences calling through to the Call Centre! They are always helpful and go over and above.
