I highly recommend if you are looking for a vet that really takes good care of your pets. I honestly feel like they care for our pets as much as we do! Our pets always feel at ease when they visit and I find the vets to be super supportive if further treatment is needed. The staff are always kind & friendly and know their stuff. Our pets love going there (5 year old cat and 1 year old puppy).

The team at Royal Oak vet are incredible, from the reception staff to the vet nurses, in particular Dr Glenn has made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in the care of my two babies, I appreciate the attention to detail and leaving no details unchecked- I couldn’t ask for a better vet. Thank you Dr Glenn and all the other team members for taking care of Delilah and giving her the most comfortable life before allowing her to sleep peacefullyRIP. Aurora and I are thankful we have a vet service we can rely on and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their cats as much as I do.

Took my cat here for annual check up and vaccination, the staff were polite. The vet also, polite but I didn't feel they took the time to do a proper checkup, asked very few questions to ascertain information about my pet or do a full check. I also didn't feel the environment was particularly secure or cat friendly, my pet is very calm and gentle, but I can't imagine a stressed animal, especially a cat being that secure. I also felt that the waiting room/entry is not cat friendly as I watched other owners have to place their carriers on the ground to open the door awkwardly, if there had have been a dog in such a small area it would be stressful for the animals. Granted my pet has previously only been to "cat clinics" that are especially set up to be as stress free as possible, but having worked in animal welfare I feel just a few little improvements would go a long way.

These guys have the best customer service. They are so caring, informative and helpful every time. Bruce will be back

Was my 1st time at this Vets with my puppy. Had a Vet named Glenn that had just started working there. His service and treatment of my dog was outstanding. I highly recommend him as a vet for your pet.

Absolutely amazing service. We have had such kind, loving and knowledgeable staff care for our three fur babies.

Been with my cats several times and always a very good experience. They were so supportive when my cat passed away and I felt like he was looked after by them and treated with respect. Another of my cats is very difficult to examine and I'm very impressed with how they handle him and keep him calm. I drive out of my way to come to this vet clinic for the service and staff, they truly care for animals.

Possibly worse vet took my dog hea month ago n vet gave my dog less than 10min and told me mild kennel cough now my dog is dead.r. I.p. Diesel

The team at Royal Oak Vet are excellent and provide friendly, professional service. The vets and nurses really take their time to assess the animals and provide quality advice and care. The clinic is clean and inviting, and bookings are managed well so that it’s not overly busy (which is great for our timid kitty who can get overwhelmed by lots of people and noise!). We’ve move a little further away now but we still make the journey to Royal Oak Vet because they have our trust and confidence.

My cat was sick. I had no appointment taken. But still she was seen as soon as possible though been a very busy day thanks to the team Maria cat lily
