A big thankyou to Matthew and his team for producing a neat workable kitchen in a small area space for us. They have managed to include my wish list of equipment which included a microwave, a dishwasher, a large frig, a freestanding stove, and 2 bench spaces.
All that plus the Washing Machine, the Hot Water Cpd, and back door access space all fitting and working perfectly.

Thank you so much that you did our kitchen to this beautiful result, even if you did not like the red! Your team did a great job. We love it.

We had a great experience with Royale and the new kitchen they designed and recently installed for us is fantastic. At the design stage the team were very patient with us we worked through several versions of what we wnted until landing on the right one. Bronwyn made time for us both in our home and at Royale to share Royale's insights on the best design for our kitchen. Not even the biggest weather event could hold the team back. Although, their workshop was wiped out they committed to getting our kitchen completed and installed. We are very happy with the final product and are very grateful for the efforts of Mathew, Bronwyn and the rest of the Royale team.

We highly recommend Mathew and his team at Royale kitchens. Their communication and customer service are outstanding. We had kitchen, laundry, vanity, entertainment unit and a window seat made and we are extremely happy with the results which are to a very high standard. After the impact on their business from the Auckland floods it was incredible how Royale responded, kept in touch with us and delivered our kitchen and cabinetry within a short time. Also they were very responsive with installation. We would definitely use Royale again for future projects.

The team at Royale were professional and enthusiastic from the design stage, to the build and install. Our house has been transformed as a result. Mathew made some last minute suggestions that really just made the final build even better than we expected. Highly recommended.

Royale Kitchens was professional, helpful and responsive at every stage of the process of planning and installing our new kitchen: they responded quickly to the initial contact, Rachel was wonderful to work with during the design phase, and Mathew also once we made the decision to go ahead. The installation team were polite, professional and hard-working. Everyone from Royale Kitchens turned up exactly on the days and times they said they would, and worked hard to meet our deadline. They also recommended a tiler who did an amazing job. They all combined to make it a stress-free experience, with a great result.

My experience with Royale Kitchens was exceptional. From the beginning working with Bronwyn and the initial design concept through to choosing the materials then seeing the finished kitchen. Each stage I was well informed on progress, given extremely realistic time frames and it was a great experience. The finished product is outstanding and the installation perfect. I would rate this company not only for craftsmanship in the final product but the service and communication by every person I dealt with in the company was excellent.

I am beyond happy with my beautiful kitchen. Royale live up to their name. I feel like a Queen in my Royale kitchen. Everyone in the team was wonderful to deal with. I got 4 quotes from other companies but Rachel was the only one who really listened to the design brief and her design and ideas far exceeded all the others. The installation team went the extra mile which was so appreciated. The whole team were so easy to deal with. I highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong.

KITCHEN REFURB - BY THE STARS. I had dithered and hesitated and my experience with other providers never advanced beyond planning & quote. Matt arrived - I told him what I wanted - exactly and he delivered - exactly what I wanted. His installation guys were a joy to be around. I recommend them beyond 100%. Check my magic drawer within a drawer - so practical.

Royale Kitchens has just installed a new kitchen in my 20-year-old house, and I am thrilled with it. The experience was easy and enjoyable because of the high levels of competence of the staff at Royale and of the tradesmen (eg the electricians & cabinet installer) which they supplied. I was particularly impressed by my kitchen's designer, Rachel Usman, whose thoughtful, insightful, and collaborative approach to the design process has produced the beautiful kitchen which I had visualised in my head, but with all the added extras I would never have thought of. Rachel took on board what I wanted (and didn't want) but didn't hesitate to recommend changes where she felt they would improve the design. Her attention to detail was remarkable. The photo shows the nearly-finished kitchen with its Corian Dune benchtop, but still waiting for its splashback.

We can not fault Rachel and Mathew for their professionalism and quality of the job of designing and fitting our new kitchen. Every detail has been finished to perfection. Both Mathew and Rachel were very easy to deal with and they also recommended a builder for us, who managed the subbies that were required. The builder was amazing too as were all the subbies. Every one turned up on the day and the time they said they were going to. In fact, we had so much faith in the team at Royale, we were away when they installed the kitchen! Can't fault them.

Rachel did an amazing job with the design of the kitchen and creating ways to make it all work functionally and look amazing. She was pleasure to work with, very professional, friendly, had great ideas and was very patient with me changing my mind. Everything was delivered and installed on time and Mathew was very helpful from this aspect. I couldn't have been more happy with the end result.
