Awesome selection of beautiful rugs and Taran is very helpful.
This shop would do much better if it was relocated to the busy side of The Base - it is too quiet on this side but nice and stress free for a customer!

Useless rugs…. Total waste of money
Bought two rugs from Terapa branch, everytime we step on the rugs they keep moving, curling and bunching which is very annoying. Staff doesn’t have enough knowledge about their products. Very disappointed.

They had a wide variety of Rugs and mats, and some pretty cool decoration stuff and staff is very professional

Went into the store with absolutely no idea what to buy but Jasmin the store manager showed and explained about rugs very well. I was able to make a decision and choose the best for my house. Five star for Jasmin’s customer service. We are happy with the purchase. I would recommend and definitely like to visit the New Lynn store again. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from Jasmin.
We went there to just have a look but we were impressed by a customer service from Jasmin and we bought one rug.

I can highly recommend Rugs and More. Jasmine was so helpful and the prices are great. There was also a great selection of rugs and Jasmine helped us choose just the right ones for what we needed.

I recommend you find somewhere else to shop.
Unless you have money to throw away and time to spend going to court because they will NOT abide by the law once you have handed your money over.

Visited the new Lynn store the other day, bought a beautiful rug with me partner, the store person being very helpful! I believe her name is Jasmine! Lovely Indian girl helped us found our fav rugs! Highly recommend! Would love to shop there again

This was our first time purchase with rugs and more, I must say the staff jasmine just won our hearts, excellent service provided, made us so comfortable even though we took her lot of time but till we got what we wanted she kept showing us the options and could see her efforts, highly recommend to all.

Very bad experience with afterpay here be very careful with purchases & returns, although I was happy with my rug I was still charged for the rugs I had returned via afterpay. I was very aware with the no cash refund & I was fine with returning the rugs for a bigger rug.
I left messages every time I called no answer and no reply to my emails either & then when I spoke to management she aknowleged the rugs I had returned & blamed afterpay for everything and told me to take it up with them. Because I refused to pay them more money afterpay was charging me interest for every payment I missed adding more money, now I have fully paid and have not heard back from both parties! To the worker at New Lynn who just ripped me off do your job properly! They offer afterpay and don't even know how to do a refund

This is a lovely rug and very good quality for the price. I would highly recommend the purchase and the service and very good staff member

I had exactly the same problem with Aman Ram. I was convinced by the super friendly staff that if you change your mind, you can bring it back any time. No problem at all. But when I returned due to the size doesn't fit, they refused to refund. Then the staff lied about how she mentioned about no refund policy when she asked me to sign the receipt which is completely not true. I tried my best to accommodate and picked sth else in the store but was less valuable, and to my surprise they even refused to refund the difference! So I now have a few hundred dollars credit locked with them which I'm not happy about. So you need to be very careful with this store as they will not refund you if you change your mind!
