I emailed them on a Sunday and got a response on the Monday morning to discuss.
They were coming my way and called by and attended to the problem straight away

Brilliant save on Auckland Anniversary Monday after 5pm & after chaotic storm weekend. Reece installed new pump to get our house water back on. Highly recommend responsive & gracious service. If there was another star I would give it.

I recently had a problem with a pump that feeds our troughs. Rural Supplies responded within a few hours, I felt like my job was their no. 1 priority and Gary did a fantastic job of taking the pump away, replacing parts and re-installing it, with on-site training and a great sense of humour. Highly recommended!
