Ryan came highly recommended from a friend and was great to work with - friendly, patient and always available to answer my many questions with clear explanations. Helped us to get the best deal we could as bank/govt policies became more restrictive, and locked in a great interest rate for us.

DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We put up with the poor communication (Ryan not answering or returning our calls, not following up when he said he would, even sending us confidential documents about other customers) for way too long, but after he bluntly LIED to us, we decided to stop working with him. We asked Ryan THREE times to go to a specific bank for us (where our main banking was), and he still didn't, he only went to his preferred banks. After we decided we would go direct to that bank to compare our options to what Ryan was suggesting, he tried to discourage us by lying to us about our chosen bank's requirements. He said he checked with them and that they would not loan me any money at all, but after one phone call and a couple of emails with that bank, I had a pre-approval within less than 48 hours (and it was better than Ryan's other offers). Working with Ryan was stressful and frustrating, and he was obviously only working for his own interests, NOT for ours. I would advise to stay away!

Ryan took the time to come and see us (after work) and explain the process in a way we could understand. All our questions and doubts were answered until we fully understood. He’s a pretty cool chill guy, which made us feel at ease straight off the bat.

From the first initial meeting till our actual purchase (In Taupo, NZ) it took almost 7months and during that time Ryan and his team kept us updated and on track during an incredibly uncertain and difficult time in our current situation with Covid-19.
