This is just a compliment on the service we received from Rylock - from the sales person, the admin lady and most of all to the two guys who installed our new door. Everyone was very friendly yet professional but the installers were amazing, two guys who worked diligently, tidied up as they went and made sure everything was secured and worked before they left, they got the old door and surrounds out in one piece for us and made sure it wouldnt fall on anything. So a big thank you to all concerned.

Our new home is fitted out with Rylock doors and windows. The product is great and we are very happy with their design.

While the product is available from many sources, the professionalism of this franchisee is not. And it is their point of difference that you will greatly appreciate!

From our first phone call we have had nothing but great service. We've had prompt response to messages, promises of timely returned calls actioned, and all communication actioned in a most friendly manner. What a great team. You get the feeling they all enjoy their employment.

We genuinely felt that they were working with us and the support to ensure satisfaction has been exemplary.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The measurements were perfect and the installers were a pleasure to have around. We ordered French Doors and 2 windows. Installed in a day which was really efficient.

I waited for two weeks for the guy come onside to do the measurement. Then I waited for another week to receive a WRONG quotation. I went to their showroom and talk with them. They said they would contact me the next day. However, I waited for another week without any reply. Finally, I call them again. They just said that they don't have a builder to offer. But the main problem is their terrible customer service. They are completely unaware that customers are waiting and have no sense of responsibility at all. It's a complete waste of time.

Great communication at the start, they then took my money and things began to go downhill from there.
My install date was set for Tuesday between 8am and 9am. 9.30 i phoned and got called back 15 mins later to be told that my front door hadn't even been made. Friday before xmas the door got half installed, and my house left open because the door latch was in the wrong place and the security lock wouldn't latch. I had to fix it as the rep Richards only answer was "I don't know what to tell you, there isn't a lot I can do". Great response when your door doesn't lock and house left open.
Worst of all, they measured the door short, and its been installed crooked.

They have acknowledged they have completely buggered it up but the terrible communication is continuing and we are now 1 month on and still hasn't been rectified.

Be warned with this company!

The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Also the job manager Dave Rhodes is a awful bully, became aggressive with me in my own home due to the repeated poor work that they were trying to offload on me, stating that if the customer can’t see blemishes or mistakes from 5 meters away then the work is acceptable. Avoid these clowns like the plague.
