Worst communicators. Were unable to contact Me after initial visit. Had to call them three times to get a quote and find out what was the issue. Paid instantly for the invoice and deposit for the work quoted. No word from them for 5 weeks and then came back saying supplier did not have parts and wont be in for next few months.
Would not recommend anyone to waste their time with this company.

Dealt with Darren twice now. Amazing service. Honest, reliable and very knowledgeable. Services our fire and also repaired gas system at our home. Highly recommend Darren and safe gas

Hey guys, just wanted to raise a concern that was seen on the roads in Takapuna, Auckland. Whilst in a vehicle with a learner driver behind the wheel with clear visible L plates, one of your drivers proceeded to not only tailgate our vehicle but several others making it a serious road hazard and it was unbelievable that the driver would act this way not only and potentially in his personal car but whilst driving your company car? Not a good look guys especially if you have "safe" in your brand yet your drivers can't even drive safely on the roads. Not only was Machine Gun Kelly tailgating, he was also busy chatting on the phone, double whammy. One vehicle noticed and rightfully got annoyed that they actually slammed their brakes on at a GREEN light and managed to stop as it changed to red. Driver was lucky he stopped considering he was centimetres away from him. Hope you get this sorted as nobody likes a tailgater:)

Outstanding customer service that truly considers the client as a valued individual. We had a Escea DF960 and Gas hot water system installed. From the beginning the level of professionalism and customer service were of the highest quality. Very responsive to our decisions. Our gas fire is fantastic and we would absolutely recommend SafeGas to anyone.

This team has been servicing our gas fire for the last few years. Always on time, professional and clean up after themselves. Had one issue and they provided a quote to repair. Of course we left it and when the fire place wouldn’t spark, we did call & they were here in a couple of days to fix and get us warm again.

This is the second house in 5 years where we have had Safegas install a Bonaire gas central heating system. We have found the product great and Joe and his guys did a great job on installation. Thank you Safegas.

Very poor business ethics. Wasted time after fixing an appointment for visiting us. And, then never return calls when you leave messages. You can definitely findbetter people in the market to help you.

Substandard systems, and appalling customer service. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They don't look out for their customers when their poorly installed products break down. Then getting them to actually fix the problem is like pulling teeth. Save yourself tens of thousands of dollars and get a fan heater from the supermarket, because it will do a better job than a Bonaire system installed by SafeGas.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Sadly we have been left financially troubled after our Gas Heating system malfunctioned, resulting in thousands and thousands of dollars worth of gas bills, all while the system WASN'T heating our home, causing our baby to get sick and our wallets empty. There was no apology or acceptance of the problem, instead they sent me an invoice to repair their own mistake, despite the system being only 12 months old and well inside warranty. I am currently taking this company to Fair Go and small claims court to get some accountability and right the wrong. It's been a very upsetting and stressful year, so please do yourself a favour and opt for another company. Thank you.

I have been dealing with these guys for the better part of 20 years and would recommend them (as I have done for that time) without reservation. They know their stuff, they are respectful of our little home and they do a fantastic job. There's just no point going anywhere else for gas appliance maintenance or fitting. No point!
