His correspondence is superb and nothing is left unanswered, leaving the customer, that is me, very happy and reassured. This is my second time going to send boxes ill prepared and Shinoy and his team just takes the lead and were so very patient and helpful. Showing just ease and took the pressure of me for going to them ill prepared. These guys are the best in New Zealand I would say. Boxes got to Fiji and to my receiver on time and with all 8 boxes. Timely prompt response. Upon receiving cargo sent from me, they immediately notified me and assured me as well on timeiy delivery to Nadi, Fiji. Good service.

When ever you sending thinks to fiji they are not sending things for 2 dollars per kg they do the difference between kg and m3 which ever is the highest there information is worng they don't inform about the m3 and they only inform about the the paperwork cost and 2 dollars per kg they dont mention anything about m3 and also see there calculations in cubic meter is worng so if you see they take the size in mm and the when i asked they say cm and on calculator they use meters.i was confused when i asked how u calculated they said 0.43m but on the paper its 430 only well its 430mm and 40.3 cm then so ask them the calculation properly the other things i have noticed about the calculation is they m3 is multipled 167 multipled $2.00 is the total cost of sending items.when i asked them what is 167 they told its a variable number for calculation well for me it felt like $1.67 cost of m3 but they haven't classified properly what is 167. The othe think i have noticed they are not willing to properly tell exactly what they are pricing for and no proper invoice and information what changes are for just a effpost chit as if I was shopping at the Chinese shop in otahuhu sailax shipping is a old company used to run by 2 generations didn't expected this from such a old company. All information was not given the way it should lots of hidden jargons in the calculations

Y 3 stars cos thinks went to fiji quite quickly at the festive season and thinks were given to my family in the manner I expected but again no information was given what was duties were changed on the items

For releasing items no hassle they changed around $60 separate paper work separate i think $45 to $57 didn't mentioned.

Absolute rubbish! It took them 2 weeks to get my shipment from fiji to New Zealand when we were told it will take only few days!
Not transparent at all when providing a quote. They don't disclose the hidden charges and you have to pay a fortune when picking up the shipment! Total rip-off! Highly recommended not to use them at all!

Number 1 Frieght Forwarder to Fiji. Excellent and friendly customer service. Quick and simple procedures at an awesome price. Receiver doesn't need to pay anything at all should you opt to pay for it while sending. Always a pleasure to deal with these guys.

I find it expensive compared to other frieght services.i sent few boxes few months back, paid for all charges here, i was told nothing was to be paid in Fiji since i had paid for clearance and all yet in Fijiy family was asked to pay.got back to Sailax asking them for reason.almost 3 months gone still waiting for the answer.pleased i managed to send with UVL which is cheaper, faster, great customer service and reliable.anyway at the end of the day its the customers decision but good to do some homework

Had an awesome experience with Sailex shipping. A staff member by the name of Shinoy was really awesome to work with. Made this shipping transition so easy and communication was really good. Pricing was competitive and good value for service. My family back home really like there gifts as this was delivered on time as expected.
