$12 for a Diet Coke? Plus 10% ordering on the app … no cutlery brought with the meal … no wonder Auckland hospitality is so sad

We had a great time here for some pre wedding festivities. The Manager on duty and all the staff were fantastic and made our group feel comfortable and welcome! Food and drinks were great with fantastic views overlooking the Viaduct Basin. Definitely recommend!

View was beautiful! Only reason to come here.
The drinks were good.
Music was way too loud for talking (theres a DJ inside).
Food was not nice at all and definitely not worth the money.
The venison just tasted burnt. The pizzas were very average (not worth $35-$40)

Very friendly and attentive staff, fantastic vibe with just enough noise to cover awkward silences but still hold a conversation. The food was very tasty and presented beautifully.

Didn't eat anything but the atmosphere and cocktails were amazing. Great music in the background, not too loud like some places in the Viaduct

Terrible service!

I asked the waitress about a pizza I ate few months ago but I didn’t know which one was it, she was super rude and didn’t try to help just said “all we have is on the menu”. I chose another pizza and ordered more food when she said she needed a credit card to put on hold in order to open a tab, I said I only had debit card but was happy to pay in advance, she said I had to go to the bar to pay. The bartenders were busy making drinks and didn’t serve me, she saw that I was on the queue waiting and she did nothing, when I finally gave up on waiting and was leaving she said I could pay online… oh really? Why didn’t you mention that before and made me wait at the bar? I ended up leaving without eat or drink anything. I’m 100% sure she treated us that way because my 10 months old baby was with us, by the way, she was very quiet, playing and eating her own pancakes without bother anyone. Saint Alice is definitely NOT a family friend place and the waitress will treat like rubish if you don’t look like you are a child free rich person. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT AL!

Saint Alice has the worst service I have ever come across. We have been there three times lately and each time with a new hope that the service will be better than the last time, and each time it has been worse. My friends and colleagues agree now we should not go back, as the service is so bad it leaves you annoyed that you spent money there. Their philosophy is not customers first, it is customers must understand.

A really nice bar and atmosphere but my $42 scallops were really just not good. Majority tough and tiny and did not taste fresh. I was so sad. Slice of someone else's pizza I had was yum though, I think I just ordered the dud.

One star as went for a friends leaving drinks. Complained as fried chicken was not fried. Then security threw me out and ended up with blood coming from my ear and in hospital. Would not recommend attending security is rough dogs that will beat any persons they can up.

Reported a police report for assault.

A must go for those visiting Auckland. Beautiful views of the viaduct on a sunny day. Delicious cocktails and food, and amazing free seafood for those in the mood. Clean and beautiful venue. Friendly and helpful stuff.

I feel like i was ripped off, $48 dollar for the cray fish toast and it was like only 4 small pieces and $40 dollar for lamb meal and only received 6 pieces of lamb and tasting it was like burnt a little. Definitely not coming back here.

Really friendly service. Made us feel welcomed. Reasonably priced menu considering the waterfront location. Will definitely go back.

Great spot in the Viaduct day or night. Staff were on to it and very helpful. Good food plus awesome drinks range and cocktails.

Amazing establishment, this is my go-to place for parties and dates. The staff is amazing, friendly and very professional. I always have a good time. I’ll be back next week

After the payment, I came back to my seat and waited for my friend who went to the bathroom. However, a female staff came to me and asked me to leave, as she had to receive other customers. Then she passed me my bag and urged me to leave. Before this unpleasant experience, I had really awesome memory about this restaurant. I don't think I will visit this place again, just because of this ugly and rude staff.

Great sounds, excellent service, good beer choice and a very popular spot with a wonderful view over the viaduct.
