Salvation Army Family Store reviews
11 A great op shop with lots of great stuff. There are so many things to look at from furniture, clothing, shoes, toys, books etc. The prices are also reasonable and the staff are excellent.
Spacious and clean store. Well organized. There are parking on the side of the road.
Tidy store with amazing volunteers and heaps of bargains. There’s always something for everyone.
I've been to this family store literally my whole life. I always saved up my coins to buy whatever tiny ornament pulled on my heart strings as a child. Not a lot has changed for me as an adult. Lovely shop, almost always has something to bring home with you. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. I will never not love this shop.
I know there are some awesome ladies there. But I do think it's not very comfortable to drop donations there and have had enough after many years of small issues. I will support a different way.
You never know what you'll find. Great recycled items eg handcrafts, books, toys, clothing, jewelry, bedding/furniture etc
I accidentally donated some library books! I was horrified when I figured out what I had happened, but so relieved that they thoughtfully put them aside and I was able to return them. They were very kind over the phone and quick to reply to me by email. They had even organised to drop them back to the library themselves. Such great ladies there!:) xx
Lovely volunteers, good prices, clean & tidy also very decent prices compaired to other op shops in the area. Some lovely little bric ō brac so your bound to find some nice little gems. Worth a visit if your in the area.
The people at the counter who I have been served by are always rude and never smile. The place smells like a toilet. I would give it zero stars if it were possible.
Hard working volunteers who never seem to get tired of sorting through donated items and always have a smile for their customers. The collection in store is great and you never know what you find. Great book selection.
Good second hand goods. Maybe a little pricey but I figure that the money is going to a good cause.
