3Maybe 12 residential landlords and these are my forth commercial landlord, and by far the worst ever! Lie about conditions of lease, in fact breached lease agreement! Had a 'shared' yard that they told the tenants to organise things for themselves, what a f'n joke, as long $$$ were coming in they don't lift a finger. Beware as a potential tenant or property owner, DODGEY! There are many other viable, reliable companies in Auckland! If I could go less than one star I would;) as you're aware many more issues involved than just parking, and no Jason I won't take this down! People have a right to know how you treat people and tenants!
We have been a tenant of Samson's Geyser building since it was built. It is top quality office space - Samson are very responsive to any maintenance issues and being a boutique landlord are accommodating to our requirements, it is great to deal with a small team.
