Sanjeev is a genuine mortgage adviser. Never misled you and always acts in the best interest of the client. Always advise realistically unlike others who start counting your coffee cups, Netflix subscription and advise you to immediately control your basic daily expenses to get more loan amount. It’s obvious that if your want a property of 2M budget or more, your life style won’t let you compromise with your basic standards and banks understand these very well. As per my personal experience, Sanjeev works realistically to fulfil client’s financial needs. Highly recommended!

Sanjeev has been helping me sort my finance for a few months now. Finally we have come to a point where I have purchased my first home. I can honestly say that if it was not for Sanjeev I don't think this would have been possible. He has been there from day dot, as I am also in real estate he has helped over more than 50% of my clients get their finance approval and in some instances he has got more money for my client than they could originally get this in itself has helped get more deals across the line but most importantly get people into their dream home. If you are considering using a broker, this is your guy. I would strongly advise you give him a call and see what he has to offer - & remember he did all this for free as he does not charge his clients a cent.
