This company had excellent communication, kept us posted on process, and what to expect, Terry the glazier was awesome, discreet and just got on with it, no fuss. In and out in 60 mins replacing a cracked pane.

A little tardy to begin with in their response but once they got onto the job they were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. They were worth waiting for. Can really recommend.

Sauvarins have been around for years went to there old location in Kingsland but had moved to Onehunga in April which I found out from the team no sign was up on there old address as a result of the landlord removing there new address. (Not very kind to a business that had been there for over 20years). The team were great had glass to cut into size and they were very helpful and courtesy to what I needed. 6 window panes trimmed to size and a good price to cut $20 for all. Enjoyed the service received by all
Carpark is handy as you drive in or you can park on the road side. Sauvarins has been around for years and have always done great craftsman work. I see that they are also getting into stained glass. When you have reliability as they have been over the years why would you change because they moved or pricing has increase? No I stay for the quality of work, delivery of customer service and cost of affordability.

Worst customer service ever. No one knows what they doing. Wasted 4 weeks of my time going rounds and rounds. I usually don’t write any reviews but this company and staff is so bad which makes me write this
