Bought some aluminum materials. The service was very attentive. The product quality is great! A very good purchasing experience!

Bought components of a DIY pergola which was well priced compared to quote I have received. The staff was very patient to explain how the components fitted together and help to work out what I needed as well as sent me video clips on how to assemble some components do stuff. Very happy as it was easy when I got the hang of it.

Yard and office were an absolute mess. Clearly no cleaning or maintenance has been happening for a few years, extremely unprofessional look.
Staff were helpful, though it took about 20min for them to find my order and bring it out (not surprising given the piles of junk everywhere)
Product is fine.

Came with my friends and wanting to grab some profile and DIY ourselves, finally find one open on Saturday. Nice staff and quantity products

Staff were half asleep with an attitude
Had to repeat my basic rectangular profile about 5 times
Aluminium was well wrapped and protected

Couldn’t find the size of tubing anywhere else but they do! Very nice customer service as well!

Great service from the owner who guided me where to park, to the two ladies that served me at the counter and the two guys in the warehouse who lifted the sheet of alu on to the roof of my car and complemented me on my car:)
I will be back for more!
