4No idea on valuing property at all! Didn't compare to neighbouring properties and couldn't even count the number of rooms in our house correctly.
Good company actually. Dad works there sorry for the one star looked at it then was a mistake. Good clean place. Dads onto it.

I got a valuation done by these guys via BNZ and found them to be absolutely useless!
They charged NZD $1000 for 2x Registered Valuation and told me my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom brick and tile property (less than 10 years old) in Auckland was worth $500K. ATLEAST $150K less than the Desktop Valuations OFF QV AND VALOCITY.
Also gave me a valuation of $380K for a recently renovated 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Cross Lease (1/2 share of 800 SQM) property.
I would love to be able to buy a house in Auckland for these prices!
Their research and 'recent' sales prices were so well off it wasn't funny!
I have since decided to just change banks altogether, what a waste of money and time.
