Excellent service! Needed to fix the seatbelt due to worn out and to pass the WOF. They changed it in about 45 mins on the same day when I tell them about it.

Ripped off!

I've known of this company for over 25 years and used their services for 15 years (not the last couple years due to covid). Now covid is easing I've started buying at auction again and using seatbelt specialist for compliance. They just charged me $488 and wanted to charge me more to comply one motorcycle. With three more bikes to be complied, numerous friends and colleagues saying don't use them, I did the ring around. The most expensive I could find $320 and the cheapest $260. I took all three bikes last Wednesday and picked them up Thursday. I saved $684! I feel so ripped off from a place I always tried to support but never again. Before heading here for compliance phone around first. My mother said if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything. However, I feel only fair to warn others.

I got my driver's side seatbelt replaced to pass my WOF. Took about half an hour. I spent the time having a coffee 3 doors down at a lovely small busy cafe. A young worker from the mechanism walked down to let me know the job was done. Cost $120. I supplied the belt from another place. Affordable. Polite efficient service. Thank you.also went straight to re-check the WOF, passed.

Excellent service. They sourced and fitted the correct seatbelts for my classic Mercedes 280S in a colour that looks great with the interior colour of the car.

Had to get re-registratiin compliance done. Was completed efficiently and correctly first time.

Nice friendly and informative, the guys working here are perfectly happy to give you any advice and answer any questions I found it a very nice change from the usual pay up and shut attitude at other places.

I arrived there yesterday afternoon, with my back passengers seat belt locking the back passengers seat down. I had previously put the seat down to carry some timber in the back of my 4WD, but then went to put it back up, but to no avail. The small plastic disc that stops it rewinding, had broken off and subsequently it had recoiled all the way.
Trevor was busy, but dropped everything else he was doing, and fixed my problem there and then.
Awesome customer service, and so much appreciated.
In the future, I would recommend anyone with seat belt problems to rock up to Seatbelt Specialists, and see Trevor.

These guys were able to do a compliance on one of our ambulances at really short notice. They were incredibly helpful and even dropped the vehicle up at another repair company to do some work that was required on it.
