I'm interested in getting my sewing machine fixed. Old bernina

Never blimin open. I have left a post it note to call me nearly a week ago and there is no answer service on their phone.

If I could give these guys a rating it would be more than a 5 out of 5. I asked them to fix something that I thought was unfixable. Bent over backwards for me. Highly recommended. Thank you Bobbin.

They really know their stuff. Can often diagnose the issues based on a brief phone call, and layman’s description of what’s wrong with your classic sewing machine. Serviced our ancient Bernina a couple of times, and still going strong.

These guys are the best. They are there to repair and restore. They have been invaluable to me over the years and they are the first I will go to. Don't know any others because they always do the job well. They are therefore very busy. Don't expect frills - they do their job well - Youtube will show you how to do trivial things.

Phoned manner absolutely rude. No time to even listen to my request which wasn't a big one. To be shown how to put a bobin in to my machine. Said I would pay. No time to help, let alone listen to what I was asking. Will never use them again.

I went here to fix my baby sewing machine. The old man was so nice and kindly. He help me to fix all my problems and give me all about advice. To be honest I feel like home service kind of warm heart I had ever met in Auckland.

Matthew is very knowledgeable and helpful. Have bought 4 machines off him and had no issues at all.

These guys have everything from sewing machines to transparent monofilament yarn. Prices reasonable so far. Indifferent service quite refreshing, anyway, glad they're around.
