You kindly helped me out last year by supplying some replacement parts for my now obsolete umbrella.

It’s taken a while to get around to it due to renovating my new house, but I sorted it out last weekend.

Was really simple with the instructions you sent.

It’s looking great, easier to wind up and I also relocated it so it is now more functional and no longer has a lean.

Being able to fix it has been such a relief due to unexpected financial changes in my life, so thank you so much - your help was fantastic.

Also, given that this umbrella was installed in 2003, and it is in perfect working order now, with the cost of only $800 for a new canopy approximately 6 years ago, and less than $100 in parts for this latest repair, I am super impressed with your product and will definitely be looking to buy another one when this one’s canopy finally wears out - I reckon it’s got another 5 years in it lol.

As we live in a fairly high wind zone, we require an umbrella that can handle the wind. Shade7 definitely fits the bill here. Also, the stabilizers give us a bit of 'peace of mind' too.
We purchased the Riviera 4m octagonal along with three base plates so we can move it along the deck to wherever we require some shade.
Being able to rotate the umbrella 360degrees has been a great option. When the sun moves, we move the umbrella rather than us!

Great product - sturdy and strong, great features, great colour options. We highly recommend these umbrellas. Now we're just saving up for another one (or two).

We absolutely love our Shade7 Riviera umbrella.it was definitely the right decision when choosing shade for our deck in summer. It means when we are not using it, it is nicely folded away (so easy to do) and we don't lose any light in our house. The quality of the materials is obvious to see so I know we'll be enjoying it for many seasons to come.

We purchased a Black Riviera umbrella. Service was great. Delivery was quick. We mounted ours into the deck using a base plate which made it bomb proof. We have been very pleased with the quality and functionality of the umbrella. It is easy to use. It was worth spending money on this Umbrella.

Awesome umbrella. Withstands the Wellington winds which is why we bought it. Easy to manoeuvre even though it is big. Yes it's not cheap but you get what you pay for - excellence.

An awesome umbrella that is truly with standing our conditions. Only downside is that there seems to be no way to remove the umbrella over winter. We have the bag but I feel this will make it age a lot faster.

We purchased the Riviera 3.5m Octagonal Umbrella in charcoal in December 2022, and we're really happy with the umbrella.

We had the umbrella installed into a fixed position on a tiled concrete patio. Shade7's recommended installer did a very tidy job of the install, and we're really happy with the build quality of the product. The swivel and tilt functions give us a lot of flexibility as the sun moves overhead.

Good communication and prompt delivery - we would be happy to recommend them.

Shade7 umbrellas are simply the best! We had our first one for over 11 years (before we moved and it stayed with the old house). So when we built our new house we had to have another Shade7 (Riviera) umbrella for our pool and spa area. The Shade7 service and support was fantastic, allowing us to buy the concrete installation kit well ahead of time.

We love being able to pivot the umbrella depending on the time of day, or to cover the spa pool on a rainy night.

We also highly recommend spending a few extra $$ on the umbrella cover, as this will keep it looking as good as new for a decade or more.

You get what you pay for, and Shade7 umbrellas are the best you can get. Don't waste your money an inferior cheaper brand, as you'll be replacing it before you know it. Shade7 all the way!

Christian and the team at Shade 7, were exceptional to deal with.our space was limited, Christian listened to our needs and helped with dimensions, he draw a map and asked lots of questions to find the right umbrella for our space. We ended up with the Stella. Love the product and the follow call after the sale impressed me further.

I absolutely love our Shade7 Riviera umbrella. It provides such great shade from the strong Central Otago sun and I love how versatile it is with the tilting and rotating features. I would definitely recommend this product.
