Shakespeare Orthodontics Epsom

Changed to three stars as it was a verry nice environment welcoming of children and they service their visitors well. I will leavle the below feedback as genuine want for improvement so I can in time bring my childrem with me to this clinic.

So far we have spent countless time in emails booking and confirming appts only for reception to cancel and email to rebook twice over, we have been rebooked twice nd shifted later and later into the calander.

*In response to the reply we would have defianetly understood the delay in seeing someone if allot of that delay wasnt due to long intervals in replying to bookings asked of us which where confirmed only to get a response days later to inform us the booking was now gone and we needed to discuss another time, it wasnt the wait time that was the issue it was the time inbetween that it took just to book in. It would be helpful to asess the booking system, either an automated one or booking only over the phone so client and reception can confirm the availabilty. What was worse though, is we waited so long only to arrive on the day without information needed by the orthodontist to make progress. This was the only free appointment we got. I understand it isnt for the office to make sure we bring notes from a previouse clinic, or instructions from the dentist. But there was somany oppertunities to let us know in anyway how we were able to help them help us progress. Maybe an automated booking email? Maybe an automated booking system will do the buisiness some good because we were heavily disapointed to wait so long, to then come in and have such a fruitless appt because i wasnt aware of how i could help the clinic help us progress. Since I have gotten these notes and info from the dentist to the clinic and have gotten a response that the office was confused regarding the email. I had specifically asked for notes to be made so they were aware to have the info aligned with our accounts, so the orthodontist will know what to charge us for at next appt (some xrays etc were sent so we wont have to re-do any treatments unnecisarily). Having to remind the clinic staff had me furthar apprehensive of spending so much money for time if communications can drop and cause us loss of time and money. The staff on the day were lovely, verry kind and patient with my children, and if money wasnt scarce for my whaanau I would defianetly go ahead but may only be able to attend this clinic for myself and return my son to his previous ortho as moving to save time on travel doesnt seem worth the transition unfortunately. Happy to remove this review in the future, and I had sent these fustration directly a phew times unfortunately I had continued to experience it.

I’ve had a good experience. I usually hate going to dentists and doctors, stuff like that but the receptionist is really nice and understanding, and the female orthodontist is funny and seems like a cool person.

Dr. Mo, Azza and the team are highly professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. If you are considering Invisalign as an adult, this is the place to go. Thanks very much team.

Directly in front of my daughter Mo told me that my daughter has "VERY large front teeth and that usually people with teeth THAT big end up being very big people (gesturing) with big square faces". If those words don't impact her self esteem for life, they will certainly stay imprinted on my memory, I was so upset that he spoke like this in front of my sensitive child with self esteem issues already, as if she was invisible and couldn't comprehend what he was saying. Truth be told my family typically have very narrow faces! This was six months ago following tongue tie surgery, I am still incredibly upset about this unprofessionalism and the impact this will have on my daughter's self perception. I'm looking for a new orthodontist now.

Choosing to get braces at 47 years of age is not a light decision, for loads of reasons. Life is busy and socialising requires us to eat out. After having a consultation for my daughter with Dr Mo, however, I found myself at such ease that I could not walk away without asking. Is it too late? Could I do it? What's the best type for me? From the fabulous receptionist (who fits you in to sort out any problem), to the very friendly and competent orthodontists (who's kindness never ends) you get to know them all, and it really feels like you are looked after by a bunch of good friends. From the first appointment, through to the pictures, the choices and fittings and at each adjustment, I have always felt in safe and kind hands. Even during the long lockdown, I knew I could ring, to get guidance and reassurance on any issue. I highly recommend Dr Mo and Dr Azza; together with their team they are kind professionals with whom you can achieve your best possible smile.

My daughter has been visiting the team at Shakespeare Orthodontics for the past year. It has been such a pleasure dealing with Mo and the rest of the team, they are so kind and great with nervous kids. We have always been accommodated in every way when trying to book appointments in around a busy life.

I found Azza amazing as we worked through the decision in what was best for my daughters teeth, her care and direction has worked out the best outcome for my daughter. My daughter loves each time she picks her bands as it is never a problem for them when she wants multiple colours, it definitely helps as she was only 10 when she got her braces on…. All these small things make my daughter feel very special. Thanks team.

Hi, as a 60 year old, it’s taken 50 years since I was told I needed braces to finally doing something about it. The hardest step was walking into Shakespeare Orthodontics. That fear was immediately dispelled upon entering their surgery. Dr. Mo and his team are genuinely interested and positive about helping to achieve a favourable result.
