I have lived in India, the US, Canada, UK and Singapore and I have honestly not come across such a highly professional and skillful team. Everything from the appointment booking process to the treatment to the staff is among the best in the World. Flexible payment plans and always accommodating for booking timings, I highly recommend Mo and the team.

Shakespeare Orthodontics is great! I had my treatment here and I'm so glad I picked their clinic. All of the staff are incredibly kind and patient. They are completely willing to answer any questions you may have or help you with your concerns. Contacting them is super easy as you can just call or email, and they respond quickly.

They are also very professional and my treatment went great. I'm happy with how my teeth turned out in the end. They were very responsible and took lots of care. The treatment went smoothly.

Mo and the team provide an outstanding service. Our sons teeth were crowded and are now perfect. He regularly has people commenting on his perfect smile. We really appreciated that we were told the total cost of the orthodontic treatment beforehand and that there we no extra charges. They must be great because we are back for more as it’s our daughter’s turn next.

Excellent service all the way through. We started off with a plate and have now transitioned to braces. The plan has worked really well so far and totally trust Mo's expertise and advice. All the team are so committed and welcoming.

Professional team and great service. Very friendly staff at the clinic, makes every visit easy and with such a joy. Had to leave NZ due to family emergency last year, I didn’t leave Dr Mo much time to re-arrange my braces adjustment plan, but he managed to temporarily fix my braces and told me not to worry about it too much and we could pick up the progress once I’m back. Also received an email from the Dr asking how’s everything last Xmas. My braces are still as good as I just got them done even without monthly adjustment after more than a year. Can’t wait to be back and get everything back to track. Will definitely recommend to friends who need a great service and dental experience!

I highly recommend Mo and the team at Shakespeare Orthodontics. They are great with younger children and really tailor their treatment plans to get the best "bang for your buck". For one of my children, this has meant early treatment to head off an issue which would have caused trouble down the road. For another of my children, this has meant holding off on treatment for now, and just reviewing the situation periodically, waiting for the best time to act. Thank you Mo and the team for your consistently excellent service.

Mo is great during the consultation but it is frustrating to ask for a referral. We did the examination for my son’s teeth back in April and requested for a referral for a surgeon right after. We were told during the consultation that the referral should take only a few days but eventually it took us more than a month, not to mention it only delivered after numerous calls of follow-up. Then more complication came after. The referral we had received was not for a surgeon but for a pediatric which was not covered by the insurance. Then we requested another referral. Until now after three weeks of second request we still have not got the referral. The whole process took us nearly three months but still have not got anywhere near a simple referral letter.

Car was towed whilst parking for a meeting next door. No signage or tow away area signs atall. $330 charge for an honest mistake when all they had to do was pop their head in and ask us to move or put up signs to make it clear.
