I find these people very difficult and complicated to deal with. We installed glass pool fencing which was of ok (but not great) quality and have recently asked them to come and repair a fault in the self-closing gate.

They asked me to pre-pay for their labour (almost $400) and now almost a month later they have not turned up to do the job.

I’ve chased them twice and they have now told me they’re too busy and they can refund me once I’ve found someone else to do the job.

In an industry where reference checks and referrals would seem to be important, these guys are missing the mark by a massive margin.

Look elsewhere if you need this product / service.

The team is friendly and polite, had to follow up to get them to retify a fault but guess it's because they are overloaded with work. Attitude is good and we are happy with the final product and result.

Super company for all you glass matters, real nice, friendly, knowledgeable service, quick, reliable and not expensive. Very recommended.

Buyer beware. This shop requires 100% payment prior to production. Leaving no allowance for deposit or protection to buyer if issue on pick-up/delivery. Stay away.

Got a new sheet of glass cut to replace a glass on a sliding door. Cut perfectly and with no sharp edges.
