Markus at Shield Brothers (Birkenhead) was amazing to deal with! My car went in for repairs after an accident and I cant reccomend them enough. He kept me in the loop about my car and after hearing how much I paid for a rental car, he free'd a courtesy car for me to reduce my costs. Will definitely be using them again!

I experienced nothing but professionalism from the initial booking to being walked through what needed to happen in terms of repairs in a manor that I could understand, once the job was completed the estimate was exaclty what I was told not a cent more cant rate the team highly enough!

Marcus and Rob did an awesome job on my windscreen area rust repair on my work horse 1994 Isuzu bighorn. Though my old girl is rough and ready, their workmanship was not, absolutely brilliant attention to detail and even gave it a clean afterwards! Repaired, painted and ready for pickup all within 4 days on very short notice (when others were quoting a months wait!). Detailed photos of every stage and always answered my calls and met with me to talk through options. A+ service I will be back.
