Judy and I went in to the Albany Shoe Clinic today.
Dammon served us. OMG what incredible service. Many many shoes were tried on. He even tried different socks (clean ones each day) to establish why my ankle felt loose. Ended up purchasing the first pair I tried but not before being given lots of options. He knew I would be better off with the support of tramping boots than shoes. Off to Nepal and South America so totally trust in the tramping boots I purchased. Judy bought walking shoes which are perfect. Thank you Dammon for your wonderful service. You are a credit to your profession.

A fantastic retail experience! The service was top notch. Great knowledge of their products and what works best for the customer. They take the time to take about what shoe you need and what suites best. So good. Shiney was awesome.

We chose shoe clinic over the other shoe shop, looking for certain runners for my mother and weren’t sure on what we needed, but walked out with a great pair of runners for her.
We want to pay special thanks to Taran who helped us, he was incredibly helpful, understanding and certainly knew what he was talking about.

Inexperienced staff, didn't really want to help. Won't be going back. Really disappointing as I've heard shoe clinic is the place to buy good shoes from. Was after some running shoes and walking shoes. Guy measured my feet told me the size I needed then proceeded to try fit me into a size to small as they didn't have the size I actually needed.

Excellent service from Abe. He's knowledgeable and hands-on. He made me choose the right pair of shoes that suits me and my needs. Kudos!

Not feeling the love towards this shop, my elderly father went in to get shoes and came out with a great pair but unfortunately they are $100 more there than everywhere else…the tests and service is not worth that… thumbs down folks

I had a great experience at shoe clinic Albany. Daymon was very friendly and sounded very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I had some issues with my shoes and Sam was very kind and friendly and understood my problem immediately and gave me a refund within seconds. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back.

James pressured a family member who wanted a refund of shoes she bought and had never wore as her podiatrist said the shoes she bought at the shop were inappropriate and James went on to discredit and bag a medical specialist (the podartist) and a member of my family and in the end reluctantly gave a refund as another family member was present. Would not recommend this shop or the owner. VERY poor customer relations on the 11th of October 2022 and bullying tactics.

I was referred to this shop by my podiatrist and with complex and ongoing foot injuries, it was not straightforward getting a pair of shoes that fitted well. However, Tye was amazing. He really knew his product range and was endlessly patient bringing out a range of different options to try on. I would certainly recommend this shop and will go back there when I need a replacement pair.

Great place to get correctly fitted shoes and sports shoes.very knowledgeable staff.samara helped us pick our sports shoes and did an excellent job.i recommend going to shoe clinic Albany to get great shoes that fit you correctly.

Easy to navigate with the smell of fresh rubber and all those tasty glues permeating (although not invading) our nostrils. Jill was particularly patient and helpful. The free spicy water at the end of the experience was a nice touch.

There’s nothing like amazing customer service. I stopped by today and was serviced by Taran, who was very knowledgeable, attentive and proactive. The exact size/colour combination I wanted was not available, but I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for shoes, especially if you want a bit of analysis before making the choice.

Sam was super helpful and attentive to what I needed. All with a smile. Would definitely recommend a visit to Shoe Clinic, they provide an excellent assessment and recommendation for your needs

I had the best experience in the Albany shoe clinic. I walked in not really knowing what I was after but the staff there are so friendly an very knowledgeable. Big shout out to Taran. He helped me so much and really took his time helping me. He had such good knowledge on the shoes and what would work best for my feet. I highly recommend going to see the staff here if you are wanting good quality shoes. Will definitely be shopping there again
