Great service from Mike today, helping myself and my son with our very different requirements. Great product knowledge and a genuine personal service. The 'customer support' staff member was a bonus.

We dropped in at 445 Friday night, just for a quick look, - ended up buying 3 pairs the service we received was VERY VERY good, ESPECIALLY when he want to get home, whish I could give more stars

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the lovely shop assistant listened to what I needed and got me the shoes straight away. They also helped with the fitting of them, when I said I had to have orthotics. Definitely coming back when I've worn out the pair I bought.

I’d never been to a shoe store to get fitted properly for running shoes. I decided to train for a triathlon and managed to injure myself by wearing the wrong shoes after not running as much for a while. So I ran through what I did, my injury and what shoes worked in the past. The team were super helpful and asked lots of questions. It didn’t take long to advise on a few options with what I was looking for. In the end I got a solid pair that reduced the foot pain I was having and it gave me a huge boost in confidence to continue running like I used to. I am so thrilled with the shoes and my experience there, would highly recommend the team here and their expertise! I’ll never go anywhere else!

This is a great place to start if you are new to the running sports. The staff are knowledgable and keen to talk about the sport - they're runners themsleves. I highly recommend them if you're after more than just trendy shoes. It's where I started with running. Foolishly my second set of shoes were bought from a trendy store who just wanted to sell me the most expensive Asics (not that there's anything wrong with Asics.), but they had no idea what they were doing.and I paid the price with lots of $$$ subsequently spent on Physio! I went back to Shoe Science. Problem solved.

Most recently I've made a switch to ultra running. They recommended shoes to me.and I've not looked back!

Great shop! Very helpful staff, some good sales, and supportive of the local running community with their Thursday night RunFit Family group runs. They are a great way to meet other local runners too (as well as having pretty good odds of winning some free kit if you come regularly)
